New Amsterdam

Positioned on the first floor of a modern building, the apartment fits perfectly for 6 guests. Two bedrooms compose this rental with two single beds strategically located in each room. One bathroom with a modern jacuzzi, toilet and a double sink is available and there is also a separate toilet with a sink and shower as well. Please keep in mind that all the towels and linens will be provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a dish washer, a stove, a kettle and all kitchen utensils for a well prepared meal.

The living room has a flat screen TV to enjoy local and international channels. A dining table for six is based for you in order to enjoy your meals in excellent company. Two sofa beds are placed in the living room which means that the other two guests can comfortably sleep on them. The apartment over looks the entertaining streets of Amsterdam, but once you're inside the apartment it will be hard to believe you are located on such a busy avenue.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash and credit card.
Breakfast not included.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Late Check In - 30 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
