The hotel is great for the price and is located in a great spot close to Namba. The only downfall is that everyone is required to leave 10am-5pm. This is inconvenient when showing up into the city in the morning and having to walk around without resting. Nice bathing area and the capsules are very comfortable. When it comes to having a place to sleep and nothing else, I would say this is the spot.

great place to stay (if you are a guy). capsule was a bit hot but comfortable, public bath upstairs, friendly staff, very cheap. recommended!

It was not as bad as the other reviews claimed. Although there are no girl's shower room, they do recommend bathhouses for you to go to.

best value for money, the lockers could be a bit bigger, but for 1000Yen it's the best thing ever! and it would help, if you are shorter than 1,90m ;-)

It is worth to try this accomodation as it is a special experience. On the other hand, as there is no bathroom for women, it is suitable for one night only. Capsule was clean and big enough to feel comfortable. Location is unbeatable.

They have nice facilities. The staff speaks English. The location is close to Doutonburi. Excellent value for money. I'' come back here when I go back to Osaka.

The best place about this capsule hotel is the price. At 1000 yen, it's significantly cheaper than anything else I've seen in Osaka. I slept pretty well in the capsule and the sheets were clean. However, it's quite obviously not catered for women and is really obviously a men's capsule hotel that has chosen to have a woman's floor for some reason. There are urinals in the bathroom (as well as regular toilets) and no shower facilities for women.

It's a great place to crash in Osaka for very less money! BUT, as a woman, be prepared, there are no showers for ladies and no hot tubes! There is a public bath not far away for 400 Yen, but then of course the place is not that cheap anymore! But the location for the money is excellent if you want to check out the famous party places! And the place has for sure a kind of interesting flair, just check it out for fun and then decide if you wanna stay longer. Luggage is kept for free now!

Great location and fancy lobby, and the capsules were almost as big as my first year dorm room! issues- bathroom cleanliness, and the fact that women did not have any shower facilities. We had our own private floor, but no showers. My male partner had showers on his floor, plus the men-only access to the rooftop spa and surrounding showers.

Good hostel for an overnight stay, capsules are great. There are no baths for women so you have to go to a different building and pay for it. So I dont think this place is good for a long stay.

Fantastic! It's a really great place, unique experience, the staff is nice and helpful. If you have a bad attitude there will always be something to complain about, so open your mind and enjoy this opportunity for a great memory.

Under 1000 yen for a bed in the best (most interesting) part of Osaka! That can’t be beaten. This was my first stay in a real capsule hotel and I would definitely do it again after this experience. The Onsen on the 7th floor is just great and lets you relax in the hotpool while enjoying the view of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. A perfect start and end to your day in Osaka. This Onsen is only for men though

Very poor service for female guests. No large lockers provided. No showers provided and no wifi provided for women. Only really cater for men. Capsules were very hot. Air con didnt come on til 1 am and was turned off at 6 am.

Anyone staying here should be aware what a capsule hotel really is and that it IS meant for males ONLY! Despite this, this capsule hotel was perfectly accomodating for a female traveller looking for one night to spend between locations. I really enjoyed the experience and the capsule was better than I expected, no A/C though. There is a woman's bathroom but obviously no showers (apparently you can walk down the street to find one). Would def. stay in one of these again. Expect noise at night!

Good for the price. Good location in America Muira. Not the best in terms of privacy/space. You have to leave the hotel during the day, so its really only a place to sleep. But, for the excellent price, its a good deal.

If you need a place to sleep, this IS the best place on this EARTH.

The Wi-Fi was not working for 50% of the computers. The facilities were very clean. There was no smoking in the sleeping area. Noise was low, although you may have to poke your head out to let people know you're sleeping. Luggage storage is next to the front door, but it was safe enough and the staff were very accommodating. After all, capsule hostels are usually one-time-use. The only real issue is no shower/bath for females, yet they pay the same price. And the onsen next door has no soap!

Due to a booking error, we were "upgraded" to a private double room. The walls are quite thin, but for travelers and backpackers, the location is great and the hotel provides more than adequate facilities for rest at night. The clean shower rooms were a plus, and laundry facilities were excellent. Highly recommended!

they didnt have a proper booking system, all yr booking are handwritten. internet was there but un-usable sometimes. you have to check out and check in everyday even u going to live there for a week. and yr luggage is left on the lobby and anyone can take them. even there are staff at the counter but no one cares if u take the luggage. a stranger can come and take them. other than those above. i think staff are nice(they try their best), capsule are clean, bath is clean too.
