When we arrived there was a note saying the power was cut but would come back at 6 pm. They didn't have our booked room and had to clean another, which they didn't do until three hours later. There was garbage in the halls as well. At 7 pm the hostel was pitch dark and they wouldn't allow any candles in our room and we couldn'r see a thing! We left the hostel and found another place to stay. The staff at the front disk was not very helpful but som of the staff was nice and apologetic. :(When we arrived there was a note saying the power was cut but would come back at 6 pm. The place is very bady organised and the staff have a can't be bothered really attitude. The manager in their at one stage was extremely rude to me and screamed at me at the top of her voice because I asked her about the laundry.The place is very bady organised and the staff have a can't be bothered really attitude. I didn't get the room as booked (and paid), there are soo many dust (and other trash like tissue, paper cup, plastic bag) under the bed. Once my bed is broken, and they need a whole day to repair it (until 3pm). The staff named Kevin is very helpfull, while the other female staffs was not giving any help at all with terrible english ability.
