Weak wi-fi signal,no heating in the rooms, the water flowing from showerhead was so weak, the shower cabin was so small for an average-sized man , there wasn't any soap to wash my hands in the toilettes

An interesting one; cheap for a 4 bed dorm with its own ensuite, and if that's all you need, it's perfect! Receptionist even greeted me in Finnish! No atmosphere though. The rooms are divided between buildings, no common rooms in sight. Doors had locks and luggage storage was sufficient, but it was literally 2 metres from our dorm door to the street door, which was always wide open. If anyone had left our door unlocked, it would be game over. But yeah, as long as you stay vigilant, its fine.

This is really low budget! You got what you pay for. Nothing more! The rooms were good size but that is it. The beds and pillows are not bad! And this is the only positive thing to say about it. I was there at the end of September. The summer is over the early mornings are quite cold. But you will only get a sheet no blanket! I was traveling all day did not asked for a blanket I was too tired. They probably would give if I ask. At 9:00 am they were out of coffee and breakfast... Never again!

The room smelled so bad..the toilettes had no soap..the common room in the initial building is very clean . Not good value for money.

We were put across the street in the annex building. Room was spacious and basically clean, though generally charmless. Staff was neither unpleasant nor especially friendly. It's a fair walk to the sights, but apparently in Florence on a budget it's the best you'll be able to do.

It was a great location and not as expensive as other hostels when booking last minute. When I checked in the bed was slept in even though I came after 2pm so that was a bit annoying, but overall it was good the room was comfortable even though there were 8 beds for 1 bathroom. Checking out was also annoying because the guy was being impatient but I think it was just him.

Good hostel, clean.

Very nice hostel in a good location. However they don't have any cooking facilities in the kitchen. Just a microwave & hot water heater. Great hostel if you plan on eating out.

This hostel was great! There were a ton of outlets and the wifi was super strong. Outdoor seating was great and the staff were super friendly. Overall awesome experience!

Broken shower, broken lights (absolutely no light in bathroom), thin sheet on bed - freezing all night, mosquitoes everywhere, kitchen filthy, common room filthy. Mixed dorm rooms are down the road from the main building in a hall - not secure. Very rude staff and helpful male staff at night.

We arrived 7 am and just wanted to drop our luggage off but the receptionist wasn't friendly just cause his shift was in 15 min over .. we felt very unwelcome and left the hostel aimlessly at 7 am without even resting from the trip a bit in the common space/ living room ... the beds are kind of clean with white sheets but there is no real kitchen .. just a water boiler and a microwave which arent clean .. if u want to leave your luggage after checking out just for a couple of hours u have to pay

About ten minutes in the opposite direction from the station and areas you will be sight seeing. Friendly staff and very accommodating when wanting to book an extra night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom could have been cleaner but only a minor complaint. Florence is a truly beautiful city and a must see.

Great staff, excellent clean facilities, large common area in/out.the downfall was it was anti-social.laptops and phones were priority no matter how many times you greeted other guests.but the hostel itself was fantastic.

Good location, but the security in the separate building was poor. Only the door to our room was locked, front doors weren't so anyone could have walked in to the common area. Locks on lockers were plastic and easily breakable. Staff seemed indifferent, beds weren't made even though guests had already left and we had to go get toilet paper from the main building in the middle of the night because all the bathrooms were out of it. They are honest about the kitchen: no stove, hardly any cutlery.

The hostel is very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Monika is the best receptionist in the world. (Sorry other receptionists, you are cool too.) :-)

Good place for one night. Friendly receptionist. Other than that not much to do there, no wifi in room.

We were placed in a dorm room down the street instead of the main building. It wasn't the worst thing but the staff wasn't friendly or helpful. Overall, would not recommend.

Good location, short walk to station, supermarket, shops etc. Room was nice, clean and large. But we booked a 4 bed dorm and were given a 6 bed dorm, we were fine with this but when asked if there would be a reduced price staff were not willing to do anything. Eventually gave us €4 off the price of 2 nights for 3 people which wasn't much. Good facilities and common areas, but poor service.
