Staff very kind and tells you what is the best things to do. Good rooms, but the double beds didn't have stairs to you go up, so you have to work it out in another way. The hostel is near the train station and far away (but you definitely can go by foot, it's about 20 min walk) of the leaning tower. The city itself doesn't have a lot to do (you can do pretty much everything in 1day), but it's great if you're want to chill out for a day before continue your trip.

Easy to find behind the train station. Owner was very kind and tried to be helpful. I stayed in the rooms across the road (still part of the hostel) which seem bigger and more recently redone.

Much better than expected! Staff were very helpful and bed was clean and comfortable!

Personally, I really have had the nicest experience in here meeting nice roommates in the dormitory. In general, the location is really convenient situating close to the train station, and in walking distance to the major attractions. For facility, the common room is nicely furnished, and the room is fine too except with a dim lighting. I would say it's a good deal in its price. However, the only downside is the instability of wifi connection if you are living upstairs.

good hostel

Would not stay in this place again. Facilities are terrible. We were put in a different building which was fine although we didnt have access in our building to the advertised facilities. Really weird vibe in the communal area with weird older live in residents always around.

I loved the common Area. They staff is very friendly and very accomodating I went there twice. 2nd time not through hostelworld as I do not want you to pay a fees

very good location!

The hostel is well located, near the train station and 15 minutes walk to the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, that's it, we make reservation for a double bed room, but when we arrive they gave us a bunk bed which was very uncomfortable, considering that we are a couple on vacations, they offered try to change us the next day, but when you are staying three nights in each place, you don wanna have to pack everything and change room again. .

Cleanliness would be higher but for one thing. Hostel has been aware of this issue and had said they are fixing this so no need to discuss further on this forum

Damp Sheets, Damp room, Leaking Bathroom, Bed Bugs / Fleas. VERY rude staff member by the name of Joel. ( and that is being polite! The lady who checked us in was the only nice thing about this place(don't remember her name) Left after 1 night, owner reluctantly gave us not even half of our money back in the end, however it was just drama from the very start. Left and found accommodation elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this at all. Even if you have no money to spend on a bed.. BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
