Good location, but the security in the separate building was poor. Only the door to our room was locked, front doors weren't so anyone could have walked in to the common area. Locks on lockers were plastic and easily breakable. Staff seemed indifferent, beds weren't made even though guests had already left and we had to go get toilet paper from the main building in the middle of the night because all the bathrooms were out of it. They are honest about the kitchen: no stove, hardly any cutlery.

The hostel is very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Monika is the best receptionist in the world. (Sorry other receptionists, you are cool too.) :-)

Good place for one night. Friendly receptionist. Other than that not much to do there, no wifi in room.

We were placed in a dorm room down the street instead of the main building. It wasn't the worst thing but the staff wasn't friendly or helpful. Overall, would not recommend.

Good location, short walk to station, supermarket, shops etc. Room was nice, clean and large. But we booked a 4 bed dorm and were given a 6 bed dorm, we were fine with this but when asked if there would be a reduced price staff were not willing to do anything. Eventually gave us €4 off the price of 2 nights for 3 people which wasn't much. Good facilities and common areas, but poor service.

Our bathroom smelled so bad we waked up every time somebody went to the toilette at night and didn't close the door properly. Also the staff was mainly very unfriendly. So if you are looking for a hostel where you actually get help when you ask which bus to take or where the staff says "hello" back to you- choose another place!!

Very good, only I feel a little of hot in the room but everything else well

Great place to stay for a few days. Very near the train station and the centre of town,

Not a bad place to stay on Florence. Not far from the main station and so easy to find everything. Room was good, air conditioned, ensuite bathroom. The room I was in was right next to the terrace though and 2 nights in a row ppl used the bbq which meant smoke in our room. Air conditioning didn't start until 8:30pm and not turn off til 6:30am. No cooking facilities, but they do have a microwave and fridge for you to store food. would stay again!

They have tried everything to fix a problem that is about hostelworld becauae they don't have free bed but hostelworld keeps accepting reservs. And they gave us 2 bed in 4 bed dorm room in the price that we booked for one for 8 and one for 4. Internet line is weak other than this all perfect. Grazie!

The hostel is located close to the train station and provides maps of Florence. The ensuite bathroom was nice and the beds were comfortable. Our air conditioning unit was leaking water all over the floor however and I reported it early in the night but no one came to fix it and our roommate's bed was soaking wet by the time she got back in.

The private room we booked was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, but smelled a bit sweaty - not from us. We had a ceiling fan which was nice and big windows that opened. The bathrooms were nice and big, but crawling with ants. The shower pressure was good and had hot water.

friendly staff, key ws difficult to use so nobody in our room locked the door however whole building felt secure so didn't worry too much. lovely courtyard, clean and comfortable.

Really friendly staff, great atmosphere. All the other guests were super friendly and really good 'community' seating area. Rooms were decent size and lockers available (but no lock on bathroom door!) Location was 5 mins from station but quite a walk from the main town/ sightseeing areas but overall a really enjoyable stay...Thanks :)

Helpful staff and a nice atmosphere.

Staff at hostel were lovely and helpful. Roof terrace and courtyard are great places for meeting people (but also the only places to get wifi). The air conditioning in the rooms is controlled from front desk and gets very cold at night! I had to put my leggings and hoody on, as there was only one blanket available in the four bed room. Locks on doors weren't very good, but lockers in rooms are good. Location was good, and Florence is beautiful.

The rooms where always clean however the WiFi didn't reach some rooms. There was no stove or oven in the kitchen. The courtyard was a very social place. enjoyed my stay

It was in a great location right next to the train station. Not a great atmosphere hard to get to know other travelers. If your looking for a bed and great location than this is a good spot.

I stayed there for 3 nights but had to pay for 4 because the staff was unable to keep track of payments. They were also very rude and unbearable. The rooms overall were fine and were well kept. The kitchen isn't really a kitchen... there is a toaster, refrigerator and a microwave. Don't get groceries in hopes of cooking I learned my lesson the hard way.
