Decent place. The staff was friendly, free coffee and tea (sometimes you had to go looking for a mug). Wifi only worked for me in common areas... not a problem, but something to know. Also had a couple other issues... like troubles unlocking and opening the door to my room (the door handle on the inside was loose) (hopefully that's fixed by now) and they changed the sheets on the wrong bed in the morning so the next night a new person had to sleep on a dirty bed... a system might be good.

The location of this hostel is very close to the train station but about a 15 minute walk to the main attractions. The rooms where clean and we got ungraded to a private for free. The room we stayed in was in a different building then the reception and the common area which was a little odd. Besides that I would say that if its the best deal go for it. They do offer a laundry service for a small fee but there is no dryer.

We are Chinese exchange student. Staff are nice and helpful. The 4 beds share room is big and comfortable. The toilet is a little bit small, but it is acceptable. It will be better if we can have kitchen to cook food.

The hostel is close to main train station which is the only good thing about hostel. First of all one of the staff was very rude to us. Room was ok but there was even no hand-washing soap in toilet. When I asked they said they didn't provide. And also there were too many bugs and mosquitos in room. Not recommended.

You can find better, cleaner places in Florence for one or two more euros with similar locations. Easy to find and near train. Some people might find the staff crude. There is possibility for good atmosphere, but it just wasn't there when I went. Pretty average all around. Wifi works only in common areas, Mosquitos are rampant

Wifi is super nice. Clean rooms. But would be nicer if they have more showers and toilets. Nothing big to complain.

Self-service washing machines and dryers should be provided. More kitchen facilities is also needed.

Staff very kind and tells you what is the best things to do. Good rooms, but the double beds didn't have stairs to you go up, so you have to work it out in another way. The hostel is near the train station and far away (but you definitely can go by foot, it's about 20 min walk) of the leaning tower. The city itself doesn't have a lot to do (you can do pretty much everything in 1day), but it's great if you're want to chill out for a day before continue your trip.

Easy to find behind the train station. Owner was very kind and tried to be helpful. I stayed in the rooms across the road (still part of the hostel) which seem bigger and more recently redone.

Much better than expected! Staff were very helpful and bed was clean and comfortable!
