Friendly and helpful staff, speedy check-in and check-out, clean and warm room, big bathroom, not too much noise in spite of the railway and bus stations, supermarkets and other shops nearby.

The hostel was in a very good location, close to the train station and not a bad walk to the center of town. It was fairly clean and the staff was fine. For my first hostel experience, it was very good.

The hostel location and the staff are excelent. The common area is really great and the accomodations are also good. The only disappointment I have was the internet. We have to go down to the ground floor so we can use it, and even there the signal is not great. Can be something to be improved.

Staff very rude and unaccomodating. Towel rental a VERY excessive €3 for what felt like a piece of paper. Do not stay here if you have a choice or location is not important.

Great location but charging 3.5€ per luggage item if you arrive before 2pm and other 3,5€ per luggage item if you leave after 10am it's may too much!!!!

The location is very good as near both the train station and to the historical centre. No noise comes from passing trains also due to good insulating windows. Breakfast (3.5€) is just fine since everything is cold apart from coffee/milk/tea. Beds are comfortable but I could not find a way to close the roll-up shutter.
