New Mansion House forms part of an attractive square overlooking Kensington Gardens.
Bayswater, Queensway and Lancaster Gate underground stations are nearby and Kensington Gardens, Marble Arch and Oxford Street are within easy walking distance.
The House has accommodation for 89 residents in a combination of one, two and three bedded rooms. There is a large dining area, a TV room, laundry and vending machines.
Breakfast and dinner are served Monday to Friday, and Breakfast and lunch at the weekend.
All rooms have very fast cabled Internet and Freeview Television over the Internet into your laptop !
CANCELLATION POLICY: We reserve the right of debiting your credit card with one night in case of cancellation or no-show. Your reservation will be cancelled if you do not show up for the first night.
You must present upon check in a valid up to date photo id to prove your identity. Your reservation will be refused if you fail to do so.
Our accommodation is dormitory style. If a booking is for more than 1 person there is no guarantee that you will be accommodated in the same room.

This place was terrible, room was disgusting and trash all over the floor, shower was a joke at best, atleast the water was hot, surprised I didn't see any rodents or insects, bedding was painful at best. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere, I wish I had.
