The owner of this hostel was very nice and accommodating, but one of her other staff members kept leaving his post at the front desk so guests had to wait. We would have been locked out had it not been for people passing by the front door, and afterword we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to check us in. Also, the facilities were worn and dingy. Bathrooms were not clean as well. We ended up leaving that night and finding other accommodation.

Fantastic value for money (bar my very cranky room mate)- very convenient for any of the major London sights with two tube stops equi-distance from the hostel, Lancaster Gate and Queensway. Its also a minute walk away from the lovely Kensington Gardens. All in all I was very happy with my stay!

Loved that dinners are included. Was a great time to meet people. Also loved the cheap price with only 4 people in the room.

Nice price for the value. The meals are not that good, but you get what you pay for. Staff was nice.

'Excellent location and great value considering other venues in London. I would recommend to anyone on a budget and any short -term stay. Can't speak enough about its proximity to transportation, shopping areas and the meals offered. Ideal for the young traveler. The only downcast area is that furniture needs to be updated. Those of us who are alumni of New Mansion need to support financially. Blessings to all long-term dwellers.

Close to underground and the park with a reasonable price.

I loved this hostel! Lots of amenities and a friendly, welcoming staff. Also, the hostel itself is a huge, old house with really cool architecture.

The hostel is located in a beautiful central area! Great deal for the price! Room could have been cleaner, it was pretty messy and bathroom was not clean at all, I believe that is because most of people live there for quite long periods of time and don't really take care of the rooms. Also it is quite complicated to connect to internet, need to register,it is way too complicated if you stay for a short period, but I noticed it is like that with wifi around all city.

This hostel is a good one. I was lucky as I stayed in a female dorm with private toilet. The position is very good and they offer also the meals.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of permanent residents from abroad who study or work in London. Breakfast and dinner as well as the location make this a great place to stay if you want to be in the center of London and you're on a budget.

this is probably the best hostel i have stayed in, in London. this is by no means a traditional hostel more of a large shared house for migrants working in London. It has everything u need, great wifi, laundary and two meals a day included in the price making it fantastic value. The hostels'central location was great for as i was in town to catch up with friends maing easy for me to meat up with. Will definitely stay here again next time in London

i like the way where breakfast and lunch /dinner provided, although i hardly get the chance to eat because the breakfast timing too early and i'm always outside during dinner time. There are no problem with the hot shower. There is no wifi in the room, only can receive in the lobby, and i was told not to stay in the lobby area after 12am. In London, I would say this is quite worthy as it is accessible by tube.
