This place was terrible, room was disgusting and trash all over the floor, shower was a joke at best, atleast the water was hot, surprised I didn't see any rodents or insects, bedding was painful at best. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere, I wish I had.

Really nice place to stay ! My bedroom was really clean, with lot of storage facilities and even well decorated ! The meals are good and the bed confortable ! I really recommand this youth hostel ! The location is excellent, close to Hyde Park and not far from a tube station !

As far as London goes, it wasn't too expensive or too rubbish. Decent location, friendly staff. I can't comment on the breakfast as the Christmas period schedule meant I missed it. Bathrooms were okay, bed average, but I've had far worse.

Staff was very helpful. This is basically a budget hotel with shared rooms. I was expecting it to be a backpackers' hostel full of travelers (which is why I stayed here rather than a cheap hotel - hoping for a fun group of travelers to spend Xmas eve with), but instead 2 out of 2 residents that I met had been staying there for months. My roommate for the night was very VERY odd. TV lounge downstairs spacious, but not cozy. Bathrooms cramped and average cleanliness. Great location near Hyde Park
