I almost don't know where to start with this hostel, but I'll be brief. As cab drops us off he tells us this is a dangerous area and to never walk alone. We checked in, looked around, and left 45 min later due to unacceptable conditions. Beds had bed bugs. Filthy. Tried to switch rooms, also found bugs. Sketchy groundskeepers everywhere making inappropriate comments. Rude staff. Refused to refund for 7 NIGHTS. We feel completely cheated. Loosing our money wasn't worth staying here though. AVOID

Not a bad hostel. Nothing special though. It looks nicer in the pictures but still good value for money. Great big parking.

It's a bit of a mission to get to this hostel and is in a very suburban area (just in case you think you've taken the wrong route). Our twin room was very comfy and for my friend's first hostel experience it was a good one. The shower in ensuite was designed for disabled and as a result the shower flooded the entire bathroom.

The New Moon Resort Hostel is a little out of the way from the main part of Milan, but the great public transport means that you can reach the centre in very little time (15 mins). It's not the fanciest of places but for the price of its rooms, it's excellent value and the perfect place for a budget traveller.

This hostel ia a very good value for your money. The rooms are quite big and spacious. There is a free wifi in the lobby It is located a bit too far from the center, but there are transportation possibilities. The only annoying thing is that there were no soap anywere. Don't forget to take yours when you are there.

Breakfast is very bad, nothing is available in the bath meaning that you have to bring everything you need by yourself. For one night is OK, good thing is that the hotel has a big parking place where we left our car for a few hours after check-out to visit the city center

New Moon Resort was easy and central to the city. Unfortunately it does not have the usual welcoming backpacker feel. The hostel is very comfortable, with large rooms and easy access to the city.

Breakfast is the same every day which could be more various and a little bigger. Staff is helpful and provides the necessary information. Wi-fi is only availlable downstairs so you cannot use the internet in your room. The vending machines are often empty so you have to walk a lot to go to a shop to buy some food.

Pretty far away from train station, and the guy at the front desk wasn't very helpful. Breakfast was just a croissant and a tiny glass of water.

The location is a bit out of the way, so finding the hostel the first night was a bit difficult. Reaching the city centre from the hostel is not problem with the tram system though. The hostel is essentially designed like a hotel, but with hostel prices, probably due to it's non-central location, which happens to be next to a train track, so light sleepers may have a problem with that. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hostel.

Breakfast was just a croissant and a hot drink machine. The staff had poor service. They would not let us use their phone for emergency, let us borrow a spoon in the middle of the day, etc. The rooms were pretty small and the house keeping was not that great.they would knock once at 10 in the morning and if we tell them to come later they would just not come.
