River bridge), right at St. Charles Ave. to Philip St., right 1 block to Carondelet, right 1/2 block to hostel; From Airport: Airport Shuttle to hostel ($16) or taxi ($30); Airport bus ($1.60 - limited service) to downtown, then St. Charles bus ($1.25) to Jackson Ave. From Greyhound/Amtrak: Take a taxi ($12) or walk 5 blocks south toward the river to St. Charles Ave., take the St. Charles Ave. bus ($1.25) to Jackson Ave., walk 1 block north to Carondelet St., walk left 1/2 block.
