I first had a double room wih fan but I was attacked by bedbucks. But the nice staff gave me immediately a deluxe room at the same price for compensation. I like when people react immediately. Many Thanks.

Some members of the staff does not have a developed sens of contact with the customer (and that's a pity). Otherwise, everything good ! Especially a very good breakfast with a very good cold shower.

Nice hostel that feels more like a hotel. far away from the hustle of koh san road. close to the oriental pier. Definitely go to the Indian Hut for a nice (bit pricy but worth it) meal out. Some of the staff gave horrible directions but some of them were really good.

The low price of the 10-bed fan dorm came with bed bugs! And the night shift staff was very rude and flatly denied of any help when I informed him about it, as if it was my fault and it's up to me to stay with it. It was a rely bad experience for my very first day in Bangkok. And the leather mattress was really hot and stuffy.

Very clean and tidy hostel. I will without doubt recommend this hostel to everyone who is staying in Bangkok! They gave an excellent introduction to the city which I have never seen anywhere else, told us to look for this, beware of scams and so on... Fine kitchen too.. the room however should have been better for that price.. The bath was not ok, but useable. But who is going to spend time at the room while traveling? They got a great and relaxing lobby that you can stay in if you want!

Very clean adn relaxing, not one of these Kao San Road style party hostels. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I cannot complain at all. It is a bit out of the way of most attractions though. However, it can be reached via public transport from the airport, which is very convenient for transit passengers. I would definitely come back if I ever return to Bangkok.

Beautiful entrance lobby-welcome air conditioning! It is really far from anywhere though and the room was a little bit dingy and dark. I suppose you get what you pay for, but if a first time in Bangkok might be better to go somewhere a bit more central-we were too far to really do anything spontaneous, everything had to be planned. Thanks for the information though-really nice staff.

They gave me very useful information on all points where to go and the real costs of taxis, tuk-tuk, etc. I want to thank especially to Ms. Paris, because she makes it special every night there.
