Excellent value for the money and good location if you want to drink and party. Also good location for a night to stay if you are going elsewhere as its close to lots of bus companies. Also close to the dive shops which take you to the islands so all in all a great location. Got an extra unexpected discount as well. Bed was big and had nice pillows. Outlets in the room and hot showers. Fan was kind of loud but what can you expect for such a great deal. Awesome beautiful restaurant too

Web pics misleading; place is not as shown.... Rooms are average, cheap and the restaurant is excellent. Staff who are mostly British are excellent. It is located 'near' to the beach and noisy at night as beach-side bars open playing music till 4 or 5am and loud music means need to close window. No AC only fans - but weather ok. Sihanoukville beach is good but crowded. Hawkers a bit annoying. This place is cheap and acceptable, but one cannot rely on the web pictures.
