Very friendly and accommodating staff. Good internet. Free buffet breakfast o.k. Staff always provide water. I would recommend a stay here as good value for money and location. Have free map available although no one mentioned that govt sights such as Ho Chi Minh maloseum are closed on Mondays. I was also able to leave bags when I went to halong bay. No hot water in shower from memory.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were happy with the bookings they did for us. but do compare prices with travel agents. make sure hotel gives you discount. breakfast was ok. Location was good - walking distance to everything in the old quarter. Wifi in the room was great.

My 3 friends and I loved New Vision. Everyone on the staff was kind, courteous, and eager to be helpful. Really good value as well for breakfast, english tv channels, and air con. The location is also very convenient in the old quarter.

Great service and quality for the price. The breakfast was also fine with a good variety of Western and Vietnamese choices.

We had a great stay at New Vision in Hanoi. We were upgraded to a big family room right at the top which was huge (we originally booked a standard double room). The staff were super helpful, bearing with our many questions about our travel options to get down to Hue (train vs bus dilemma!) and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was ok, lots of local foods rather than western, but you can get them to cook you fresh eggs. We also left our luggage here securely whilst we went away on

We benefited from the special 50% off discount. We've been traveling through Asia for already 3 months now so this hotel really was luxury for us. The staff is very profesionnal and kind. We also booked our Halong Bay tour through their tour desk and had a wonderful experience. The room was big and nicely furnished. The bathroom is an actual bathroom, not a wet room. The bed was very comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor, very quiet. Buffet breakfast and eggs cooked according to your demand.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, central location, helpful staff at tours desk. Couldn't ask more for the price. Booked a standard room for two nights but upon check in was upgraded to a deluxe. Also, upon checking out I was given a free nights stay for my next visit to Hanoi.

It's very good hotel, the staff very kindly and helply. They send us free fresh furit every day,and the lobby look like a art gallery,so many beautiful painting on the wall. The room is very clean and safety. good location, the small market and good restaurants just across the way.

Very professional staff who take their job seriously. The rooms are spacious and clean and are excellent value for money. If in Hanoi again I will stay at New Vision.

A great place to stay. Safe, clean and helpful. However, this was a hotel and not a hostel therefore making it almost impossible to meet other people. Good for a couple but it would be an average place to stay by yourself.

The staff at New Vision were very helpful as they phoned and booked bus tickets, tours etc and were more than accommodating by keeping our bags while we went on an overnight tour of Ha Long Bay. They also didn't mind us camping out in reception after we returned from tour, even though we had checked out of the hotel the previous day.
