Great location, clean & friendly staff. "Caruso" was a delight & extremely efficient! I really appreciated his help & interest in customer service!! Thank you! Very noisy in ladies dorm room from outside on 3rd Avenue until 4:30-5am

I enjoyed my stay at New York Budget Inn so much. I entered the hostel, and staff immdiately knew my name. It was a little scary but very personal. Whenever I asked for a hairdryer or when I wanted to check out, they always knew what I wanted and they were being so polite, friendly and just happy. They really do love hosting you. I even forgot my phone in the room I was staying in, but a nice other guest found it and New York Budget Inn happily sent it after me on the same day it was found. AMAZ
