A decent choice. Reasonable price. Not particularly nice, but comes with free breakfast. A bit of a walk to the sites, but not so bad.

Not great. The room was shabby and dim and a shower broken by the previous inhabitants (that the staff were aware of when I checked in) took a day of complaining before it was resolved. Reasonable location and ok value for money, staff were pleasant & friendly if somewhat useless.

It was worth $10 a night for a double room including breakfast but the rooms are not as nice as the pictures on the website suggest. The staff were really nice put pretty useless.

Hotel was dirty. The staff are very friendly and helpful but try to force you into tour bookings before you've even got into your room. We had a choice of two room, 1 smelt absolutely damp and horrible and the other was just horrible! So we picked the latter. We had to use our towels to put on the pillows because they smelt so bad. Bed was dirty. There's mould on the walls. Didn't bother with breakfast. Its cheap but there's probably better around! SURELY!!!!!!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the value for money. They picked us up from the train station and waited for us even though our train was almost 2 hours late. Talked to us about all the tours available in the car and at the hotel when we arrived but did not push us to buy them after that (we even booked one to the DMZ and were able to cancel last minute free of charge). The incl breakfast is good. Rooms were clean. Bed was not the comfiest but can't complain for the price.

This hotel was a great find and offered unbelievable value for money. For $5 each we got a double room with a free minibar (coke and beer), free breakfast (served 7.30 'to the end of the morning'), TV with HBO, wifi and a hot, powerful shower. The customer service was excellent; whatever we needed the staff got for us straight away. We booked a day trip and the bus to Hoi An through them and got both for a cheap price (cheaper than what our friends paid). Highly recommend for budget travellers!

Great value for money, since it included breakfast. Room was a bit musty. Guy at desk (who also picked us up at the train station, booked our tour and cooked us breakfast) was very friendly, though his English was not very good.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accomodating. The free breakfast and FREE MINIBAR (!) were a really nice touch, and we were offered tea and coffee whenever we returned from a day out. The room was also cleaned everyday. I recommend this hotel as great value for money.

We stayed here one night and the staff was really kind and helpful with us! They gave us a warm welcome and help us to plan the best way to see the city. They offered tours but don't push you to buy them; we didn't. The rooms were good, clean and spacious. The hotel is not placed on the main street but on a small alley, so it's possible to sleep well and have a rest. I would definetely recomend this small hotel if you're looking for a quiet and familiar place.

Hotel located off main road down alley. Raining alot so hotel very damp. First room offered small and smelt of damp. Second room good size but due to rain roof leaked onto bed and came in under balcony door. Heating did not work. wet room bathroom so floor always wet. No choice for breakfast except omlette and bread. Internet and wifi good.Staff very friendly and spoke english. Alot better choices of hotel and location for same price.

Our room was 10US per night and is a perfect example of getting what you pay for. Mini bar was good, but the bathroom STUNK. Don't pay attention to any of the facilities listed... no swimming pool, no free airport pickup etc. We brought this to their attention, so hopefully this has been changed by now. Some staff are very helpful, but the head lady was EXTREMELY pushy with their tours... EVERY time we saw her she'd be at us. In Vietnam, I come to my hostel to get away from the hagglers...

The Hotel was ok, but the standard is more like a hostel and the bed I had was quit uncomfortable. They said they pick me up from the train station but somehow they forgot, so I took a taxi and they gave me the money back, very nice!! :) Breakfast is inclouded and very good. The tours they offer are very reasonable!! After all it's a good place to stay
