Great building, plenty of cooking space. Right next to the beach

it was a nice hostel, the rooms are cold and the windows rattle. The rooms aren't cleaned properly! other than that it had a good atmosphere and friendly people.

Great place to stay close to beach and train/bus station. Free surfboard hire is definitely a plus! Most staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the price.. Paying $35 a night to sleep in an 8 bed dorm seems a bit on the steep side. However had a pleasant experience overall and would stay again!

The stafff there are super friendly and awesome to hang out with and chat with. The kitchen is open 24 hrs which is also just fantastic. The locations is super close to the beach and the transit stops so if your bussing or training it to them it's easy to get to. Fantastic place, i will go back there for sure.

Great place with lots of room and really close to the each. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was a little dirty but pretty average for a hostel. Most of the staff was pretty friendly and very helpful. Lots of free food and activities were really fun and allowed many opportunities to get to know others. Really close to the beach which is one of the better ones in Australia. Would definitely stay there again.

Good, straightforward hostel. Excellent location, very near to the beach. The staff I met were all very friendly. The room was clean. En-suite bathroom was good. They had activities to do every night, such as bingo and trivia, which made it easy to meet people. Wi-fi was expensive. Security was based on trust as there were no lockers. I was bored by the town but I was happy to stay here.

This was far and away the best backpacker hostel I have ever stayed at. The house was spacious, full of character and in a great beachside location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of information available about local activities and attractions, a good secure space to leave luggage before/after official checkin and checkout times. I was only there for one night, but it appeared that there were free and/or cheap meals available on different nights of the week. I'd gladly go there again.
