Very noisy, also other people in hostel were very reckless. They smashed the doors when they got back in the early morning. minus: no safe deposit in the room

The bathrooms were really small, hardly fit one person. But that was the only complain, otherwise my family loved the place and its staff. Probably, we'll be making new reservations!

Our stay at the hostel was a positive experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hostel is walking distance to a metro station, supermarket and restaurants.

This is a great place if you want a quiet cozy stay. It is located out of the center, about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute train ride and only a few blocks away from the train and supermarket and tons of restaurants. The staff is friendly and the house is really pretty. I felt like I was staying at a friends place. Plus the comforters are soooo cozy. However if you want to meet people and party this is not the place but if you want to relax and have a clean and nice place I loved this place!

Stayed 5 nights there: Good quality hostel: Nice house, extremly clean, nice bathrooms, nice garden. Good location: safe, cafes around (~15min further from train and busstation than barrio brasil). Kind of mix between hostel and chilean hostal (not only typical hostel guests), nice quiet (by far not this kind of crazy party hostel). Critics: TV was running nearly always and most lockers not awailable (lost keys) ./ I liked 8bed dorm (in basement) more than 4 bed dorm: cooler, more silent

Very nice hotel. Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms, very good location (much better than staying in the very center where it is very dirty and unsafe). Very good common arean - they have got a clean kitchen and very cozy small garden.

The Wifi should have been fixed within 24 hours. Didn't work for my entire stay.

I think you could improve the directions on the web site as to how to get to the hostel when people first arrive at Manuel Montt - I think you could say: "When you arrive at Manuel Montt station, turn right after the barriers and go out of the South exit from the station; turn left along Calle (?) Septiembre 11 for about 80 meters, then right along Avenida (?) General del Canto (?). Calle La Sierra is the first turning on the left"

We were offered a larger room. It was okay except for the black (with dirt) curtain hanging on the window to the filthy balcony.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with you guys! Thanks so much! Just in a few short days I made great friends with both fellow travelers as well as staff members. Staying with you guys was one of the biggest contributors to my enjoyment of Santiago. Hopefully I'll see you all sometime soon =)

The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the hostel was well located for easy access to the city. I have no complaints at all.
