Had a great stay, I have stayed at this hostel several times in the past. I wasn't there much this time as I was involved helping with an event held in the town so its proximity was a great asset.

This is probably my favourite hostel in the whole UK! This place is so chilled. Everybody is really friendly too. I'm coming back for sure :)

I have been traveling for over a year and this place was amazing....yes what everyone says about the individual rooms not having locks on the doors is true but the staff in the hostel are so friendly and so are all the other guests that you dont have to worry (everyone is in the same situation) great vibe, great location, really good to just chill out and relax....will deffinatly be back could not fault this place. Cheers!

A great place to stay, friendly, welcoming and fun. The location is good, near Fistral Beach, town and bus station, not far to railway station. Ideal for surfers, with a room for gear, pretty basic showers, (it's an old place) but the whole vibe of the place makes up for that. Staff really helpful and approachable - the best I have found across hostels in England
