The staff was very nice and communication was not a problem;) the only complaint is that the bathroom in the room smelled of sewer. But we think it is a commen problem in the tall buildings of Ho Chi Minh. All in all the guesthouse was very well kept, once yor find it deep in the alley;)

We had made reservations for one night but after a few emails I was informed they never received the booking anf didnt have any room. After forwarding my email of confirmation and asking what they were going to do about it we got put up in an adjacent hotel for the same price. Although they corrected it we never stepped further than the lobby and it was a bit of a bad experience
