This place had clean new rooms and friendly competent staff. There were a few language barrier issues so it took some effort to book a train ticket through them and even though it was cheap they gave a lousy USD/Dong exchange rate on the room price. Not much social life to speak of but it's a block from a great bar street.

A really great double room on top floor with air con, good shower, comfy bed, TV and minibar that for first time in my life was affordable. Location down a totally safe wee alley is welcome respite from noisy streets. Free and good web and good breakfast. All good. Only downside there is building work going on beside it at the moment so you may need earplugs.

We had a great stay. The family who runs this guesthouse are amazing. They were very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The cleanest guest house during my trip to Vietnam. Dont let the dingy lane it is located in put you off. Excellent rooms with friendly owners.

The hostel is tucked away in an alley but in a really good location. Because it's tucked away in the alley, it's quiet so you can get some rest at night. It was clean and comfortable, and Mr Tran was helpful in answering all the questions. However, the other family member/staff might take a bit more effort as their english is not as good.

Excellent room, very clean. Helpful staff arragned airport pickup and everything went smoothly. Very nice family atmosphere in a quiet alley -- good respite from the rest of the neighborhood.

This a nice guesthouse with lovely, clean rooms and a really good breakfast. Helpful pick up service from the airport if you book it, and makes finding it much easier as its down a small alley.
