very friendly and knowledgeable staff

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ngoclinh Hotel. I stayed there for a total of 5 nights, and didn't have one complaint. It was conveniently located in the city (although a little hard to find) and very clean. The staff was also friendly and helpful, any question or problem I had they were there to help. It was also quite, I couldn't here any commotion from the streets as while sleeping. The next time I visit HCMC, I'll be sure to stay at this hotel. Jonathan Rento. New Jersey, USA

A very nice place to stay, a great location and friendly helpful staff

I wish I hadn't stayed where every tourist was. This area is filled with partying americans, prostitutes, and seedy massage parlors. The hotel staff was nice and it was affordable but I could have stayed at a hostel for half the price.

Clean and in a great location and excellent staff. maybe a little pricey though

I enjoyed my stay there. I needed a place to relax a little and my room came with no windows and no noise. Perfect. The staff were very friendly and provided tours around. The location is a little hard to find, but my taxi driver was on the ball and found the sign leading into the alley. Breakfast was nice. I booked my coach from there to Phnom Penh and was very impressed by how cheap and quick it was. Also Giant Ibis coaches are the best, especially at the Cambodian border

Dead cockroach behind my bed. Not a very friendly stuff - the reception guy is always sitting with his back to you and playing pocker on computer.
