Staff helpful, spoke english which is not that common. My room was very common but perfectly clean. The hotel is well located, in the backpackers area, quite noisy, but the hotel is in a little street behind so it's quiet. would recommend it !

Located right in the heart of the back-packer district in Ho Chi Min City. Provided with a nice breakfast that was included in the room price. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Had decent wifi throughout the hotel. The guy who worked behind the desk the helped me out with a scheduling miscue we had and was very accommodating. The hotel was very secure and clean.

We had a great stay and staff were very helpful. Water was only warm around 10 am but good in the afternoon. Also TV reception varied between rooms

Very nice hotel in the middle of HCMC. The staff is very friendly indeed, the rooms are clean and are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty basic, but I sure am under the impression that this is a common thing in HCMC. Overall impression was good.

I had higher expectations of this place from the reviews. I didn't particularly think the the hotel was that nice. The towels were dingy. Mold in the showers. Ugly green curtains. I stayed in about 10 different hotels and guest houses in Vietnam and this wasn't my favorite but the place is acceptable.

Extremely hellpful staff. Helped with onward travel arrangements. Went back with further travel requests several days later and continued to be a great help

The hotel was clean and quiet and there were no hassles for our airport pick-up. And the staff were really great. Phung (sp?) was so very helpful in giving us information about the city, country, and helping us book bus tickets. He was incredible.

It's more of a small hotel than a hostel. It's acceptably clean and safe, however there's not much opportunity to meet new people

Great staff; they were very accommodating when our schedules changed, and were extremely helpful navigating around Saigon! The complimentary breakfast was also excellent! If you want to stay in an up-beat downtown area in Saigon, stay here.

I cannot comment as I didn't end up staying here. I arrived at 3.30pm to find my room wasn't ready due to a problem with the air con unit. I was told it would be fixed by 5.15pm. After travelling by train for 17 hours I needed to shower and change so I looked elsewhere and found an excellent hotel only 50 yards away. The receptionist was apologetic - in fact he followed me to the next hotel continually apologising and ended up paying the difference in cost for my new room.
