Staff were very friendly and very helpfull. The location is not very good however. The hostelworld map showed the hotel to be very close to the train station, however the hotel is a good 4 or 5 miles from the centre of town. Unless you have transport or want to rely on taxis, you are stuck next to an industrial estate.

This is by far the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is really helpful and will do everything they can to make your stay as good as possible. The location is a bit far from the town center but it makes up for it with pretty decent food in their restaurant. The rooms are very nice and clean. We would definately stay here again.
