The hotel offered everything you would need for a couple of nights stay. Staff were friendly, everything was fine. We just felt it was overpriced for the standard of the room we received. All the other hotel rooms we stayed in in Vietnam have been nicer, cleaner and more modern, for a fraction of the price! That said, Hoi An is very expensive in general compared to the rest of the country. But overall, the hotel ticked all the boxes.
