Very nice hotel, within walking distance to the old town. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and helped sort out train tickets from hue to Hanoi, although they do charge quite a lot extra to book it through them which we realised afterward. The cheaper rooms are on the ground floor and don't have a window and are small, nevertheless it's worth the price we paid. Breakfast included is good, with a wide selection.
We wanted to book a flight to Da Lat in the Hotel. Not only the staff spoke very bad English. she told us that all flights were full for the coming two days. When we Called to the airport ourselves it was no problem to book flights?!
Good Hostel! Clean, good rooms (not really big but perfect for low budget travellers), with ac, nice bathroom (!). Staff nice, good location (hoi an is small, s everything is walking distance). Recommend it!
Ahh wonderful stay! The staff was so so sweet and helpful. Never had one problem during our three night stay. When we checked in, w casually mentioned it was my girlfriends birthday the next day. At breakfast, they greeted her with flowers. Wonderful people. Highly recommended.

The Hotel has a great location (next to the city center), very nice staff and clean rooms. The hotel washed our clothes which was very nice after backpacking for a few weeks. The breakfast is also very tasty. The only 'negative' thing we could find was the poorly working computers.
Great place, very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast is good. Room was beautiful with a good bed, a balcony and a very nice bathroom! The staff helps out with any questions you have. This is a hotel that actually likes it to make you feel at home rather than just make money out of you as some other hostels in the bigger cities like Hanoi and HCMC. Loved it here, thanks for a great time in the beautiful Hoi An!
Stayed for 4 nights in double room in July 2014. Room was very nice with internally facing balcony, breakfast was ok. Staff were a little pushy in trying to organise tours. We used a courier service they recommended (Hoi An Intertrans) and our package is still not with us after 5 weeks. We would not recommend this service again, but the hotel is ok. They recommend a tailor but all hotels do this, just go out and find your own (they gain commission from this)
The staff in Nhi Trung are amazing and unbelievably helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the receptionist helped us to find our way around and book all our day trips and excursions. She even rung our hotel in Hanoi, where we were flying to next, and spoke to them in Vietnamese to organise an airport pick up! Extremely good value for money!

We booked a superior double bed, which turned out to be two singles pushed together. The air conditioning wasn't working as it wasn't giving out enough air. It was "fixed" so the flap was pulled down to let out more air. They've overridden the controls so that it's stuck on one temperature on a low setting, probably to save money. The window to the balcony had gaps in it, letting bugs in. This wasn't fixed. Found a cockroach in our room, which the manager sorted. We wouldn't go back here.
Staff were friendly and helpful in sorting out activities. AC was broken when we arrived but they sorted it on the day as quickly as they could. The bed was a bit of a let down and wasn't very comfy, ensuite was great though. A powercut took place across the town but they had a backup generator ready to continue to provide power. They also kindly allowed us to check in very early
Fantastic. Great room. Great staff. Although the bus ride you booked us on the Hue was awful!
Great value for money! Clean and big room, nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast (included).
Lovely staff as well as nice and clean rooms. really good value for the money. Only downside may be that it may not be that easy to meet other travelers, but it is an awesome place to relax and recover and walking distance to the shopping streets of the city.
Great hotel right in the centre of town. Room was beautiful and clean and staff were polite. Breakfast wasn't anything special but was substantial and there was a fair bit of choice. Would definitely recommend!
The Nhi Trung Hotel is a very lovely and comfortable option. We had a lovely stay there. It is well located, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. The breakfast was one of the best on our trip, cause we could choose of a whole menu what we would like to eat. And it was possible to check in early after arriving in the morning with the night bus.
Very convenient to the old town and the staff helps you figure out where things are located. The staff was a little pushy about trying to get us to go to the tailor they recommended, but other than that the rooms were great and the breakfast in the morning was excellent.
We had a lovely stay here, the rooms are really nice and good value for what you pay. However maybe not as social if you want to meet other travellers.
The only things that where not that great were, that we were told a wrong time when the bus will pick us up on our departure day so we could not finish our breakfast. And the fact that you can't pay with credit card. Everything else was perfect. It was great that we were allowed to check in early at our arrival day, because we arrived by nighttrain and really appreciated to take a shower.
Big comfy bed, nice showers, location just off the main strip so it was a short walk but I preferred to rent a bike ($1/day!) from across the street to see the town.
Sometimes it's worth spending a few extra dollars on accommodation and this is the perfect example. Really clean and comfortable, id even say it was luxurious for a backpacker. The only thing I'll say is the staff are very pushy to sell you their tours or their tailor. We went to their tailor just for a quote and then decided not to go through with it, and the following day during breakfast we were asked why we didn't buy the suit and that we should go there today. Really unprofessional!
