A great place to stay if you are in hoi an. Just a 5 minute walk away from the centre of town with a good amount of amenities. Rooms were very clean as staff were fairly helpful. I'd stay here again if I find myself back in hoi an.

I booked a room included balcony, but they claimed the room still occupied by an injured guest, she extended the stay, so no room with balcony offered to us, but they did not adjust the price. All the staff with an aggressive selling attitude, while we take the city map, they also recommend their family stores. They also cheating us to buy bus ticket from them but the bus actually not pick us up from hotel, have to take motorbike and taxi to the highway to wait for 30 mins while it is raining

Wonderful hotel, clean and very good value for money (free breakfast)! The male staff at reception was very helpful, whereas the woman didn't answer any of my questions. Otherwise though, it's very clean and just down the road from the river. Great place!

For the first night we got the room 204, which was good especially for the price. The shower was awesome and the bed comfortable. The only thing to complain is, the only window go strait in the lobby. We booked a second night, because we left for a two-day-trip. They promisied us, we will get the same room. When we are back, we got a different room, room 104. This room had a strong muld smell, the bed wasn't very comfy, we feld every single spring. The breakfast is very good!

Nice hotel. Very clean and spacious. Free breakfast was fine. It's was really easy to get to with the airport transfer from Danang. Facebook didn't work on our phones but you could use the computers downstairs.

Excellent location, staff could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was great. The tailors and cooking class they recommend are very good and they arranged for a package to be sent home for us.

Good location and helpful staff. Definitely a more hotel mindset rather than a hostel or guesthouse mindset, can't be blamed. Rooms and facilities were clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The staff is helpful and friendly, they also cared of our transfer to danang airport and our tour to Myson. The location is good, 5 minutes from the main district in hoi an. Nice breakfast. Recommended.

The door to the bathroom didn't close. The shower did not work, at all. It just dripped. There was no bathroom mat. The shower head dripped water into the bathroom floor, next to the toilet. We found nail clippings on the furniture.

This hotel was excellent quality for the price. The room was big, clean, and well maintained. It had a cute balcony for sipping coffee in morning. It was very well located in relation to Hoi An's old quarter with the walk being only 2 or 3 blocks. The staff was friendly and helpful. They suggested good restaurants, things to do and even arranged a trip to Marble Mountain on our way to the train station. Breakfast was of good size and quality. Would stay here again.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced hostel in Hoi An that's within walking distance of everything then Nhi Trung Hotel is one of the places to go. It's clean, the private rooms are very nice with a balcony overlooking the inside of the hotel fish pond. The breakfast is very well priced and has everything you need to get you started for the day. The staff were helpful and friendly showing us the best places to go on our own map.
