Our 1st room had no towels and a leaking boiler that meant no hot water, our 2nd room had gaps in the doors which meant mozzies visited, after an initial hot shower there was no hot water in the dribble of water that was there. This was reported to the staff- nothing was done. The 1st room had no coffee or tea to go with the kettle and cups, the 2nd room had no lightbulb in the lamp. No help was given to change rooms, staff assistance was slow and generally disinterested.
Friendly staff. Good location short walk from old part of town, 5 min walk or so. Bike rental outside of Hotel for $1 per day. Would definitely recommend. Hoi An was one of the highlights of Veitnam. We stayed 2 nights but could have stayed at least 3, 4 nights. Beach was very nice, fun riding bike around town and to beach, etc. Old part of town is very scenic. Arranged airport pickup, went smoothly. There is a airport shuttle that can be arranged from town, was 80K each.
Nice enough place with a good location, but... - we had a dripping boiler in the bathroom, meaning a dangerously slippy floor and lots of flies in our room. We informed them on the first day and it hadn't been looked at by the fourth. - there were lots of little ants in the breakfast area. - the WiFi was pretty poor. - the staff made us pack all our stuff up for no reason when we asked to extend our booking.
Great little place! Good location, helpful and friendly staff. No complaints!
Nice hotel with large & Clean room. Free upgrade to balcony room. Staff friendly & polite but almost too interested in booking things for you - noticed a slight reduction in friendliness when we booked onward bus elsewhere. Recommended tailors gave 10% discount but price was still high.
Nice little hotel, staff very friendly, rooms very clean, recommendable
I will recommend people to stay at this hotel it is truely value for money with a very serviceminded and kind staff! Also the room are of very high quality and there is a nice bathroom for the room furthermore you have your own private balcony! The hotel is located some distances from the old town, but if you don't mind biking then it is not a problem. You can easily get to the old town on bike in 5-10 minutes. I will say this is good value for the money! Breakfeast was also really delicious!
Lovely hotel with friendly staff located right in Old Town near plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and tailors. We stayed for two nights and found it to be great value for money. Spacious clean modern rooms, wifi and breakfast! Only downside was the lack of a lift. If you have mobility issues consider that when booking.
Very clean, delivered as advertised, very friendly and helpful staff, not pushy with tailors as Ive heard other accomodation in Hoi An can be. Simple but tasty breakfast.

Our room window (standard double room) was inside the building and view from it was going directly to the staircase and hotel lobby. One more thing that irritated me was that staff could remotly turn off your room aircon when they think that you aren't in the room (but I was and I thought that it broke down).
Loved staying here. Great breakfast and location. Close to everything and just out enough to not be in the hustle.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. The hostel staff are really helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean and in a great location.
Lovely hotel in a good location close to the old town. The air con worked really well which was great as it was so hot outside! Great value for money and the staff were nice but it is a hotel so don't come here for the atmosphere.
The good aspect was the location, close to the city center and right in front of a bike and motorbikes renting place. The not-so-good aspects were: 1. Although the room was OK, the A/C was not always working, they used to control it from the reception and the room was so hot The remote control for the A/C was just decorative. 2. Talking to other people, nobody paid more than us for the room. 3. We arrived at 7 a.m. and we were not allowed to enter the room until 12 a.m.. That was really annoying
was very disappointed with the staff since they wanted to book us a bus or a tour everytime I asked a simple question. room was quite clean but noisy, breakfast was ok. The room cleaner did not have a second key, so if you want to have your room cleaned you have to leave the key at the reception.
Nice and affordable hotel. Helpful staff and perfect location next to the old town.
The room was very clean. Free breakfast exists but they didn't tell us about it until the last day. The guy at the front desk seemed massively arrogant, the girl great, but we enjoyed our stay. A bit pricey, but we were there only for a few days.
This hotel was fantastic, I really couldn't fault it. The rom was excellent, with a computer and the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Location was excellent.
