Wonderful staff - very happy and helpful. No pressure as to which tailor to go to. Great location. Clean rooms. Good free breakfast. We arrived late but staff still organized an airport transfer at the last minute and got out of bed to check us in but did so with a smile on their faces :) definitely recommend staying here. Note no elevator

The room is big and spacious and it has a big window, which is good. However it wasn't clean enough as the floor are really dusty. There is also some problem with the door lock which made us felt unsecure. The location is very good, within walking distance to ancient town Hoi An. Staff are helpful but not really friendly, they could smile a little bit more.

Keeping in mind that this is a hotel not a hostel there are no dorms. For solo travellers this thus means an expensive stay in a two-bed room. Other than that, breakfast was good, staff was nice, location was great - only a couple of blocks away from the Jap bridge and the old town. Only complain: there are no safes/lockers in the rooms.

I booked a double bed room for my own, because it's Lunar New Year, many hostels are full booked. My room has a very big and comfortable balcony, each morning, I can sit on the balcony, watch people passing by on the street, very comfortable. The price is a bit high for budged traveler, but it includes breakfast.

It's about a 5 minute walk to the river and the main parts of town. I thought I signed for a deluxe room but I got a regular one. The room was small And a little ill lit but it was clean. The staff were okay , not rude but not overall that charming. Breakfast was free and good, if small and without character.

I had a great time! Everything was nice and clean! The best thing was, that they send me my left-at-the-counter-wallet to my next hotel with all content and for no extra charge... :)

Nhi Trung Hotel is about midway between the bus stop and the middle of the Old Town, a bit closer to the later, so it's location is great. Facilities are fine, and value is excellent. Breakfasts were quite good, internet connection always worked fine, bathroom was excellent. No complaints at all.

Staff were fantastic! Helped us book bus/train tickets, a cooking class, and provided lots of information about sites. Even let us have a glass of wine with our family (who was staying somewhere else) in the lobby and heated up some leftovers for me! We had originally booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 4, and they accommodated us so we didn't have to move rooms, which was great! Location also very convenient, just outside the old town but close enough to walk to everywhere within 10 mins.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in a twin share with ensuite that was clean, although the bathroom smelt funny (it might have been the water). They recommended a good tailor as well.

Excellent location that's close to the old quarter and the free breakfast, while nothing special, is a great value and fills you up. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Rooms are big, staff is very kind and helpful. They arranged us everything, gave map, managed transports. Hotel is close to everything, everything is in 10min walking area. There is free wifi and computers to use. Good choice to stay.

A nice enough hotel but it was a hotel and not a hostel, therefore interaction with other travellers had to be kept to the bars and restaurants in Hoi An. Thankfully there are many of these. The staff were very polite and helpful though and have excellent English skills

Clean in a convenient location. Slightly overpriced for what you get in the room. I've stayed in better cheaper hotels, and the towels were very thin. There is no wifi in the rooms on the third level, and the internet downstairs was intermittent. The female staff are friendly and helpful, the male staff not so. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay here again. - but I am being picky (we previously stayed at Jade in Hue, and you just can't compare with the most amazing hotel ever!).
