The location is not ideal but is not too bad; the rooms are somewhat small - but the swimming pool is a worthy compensation. The absence of WIFI connection and outdated computers in the lobby are somewhat disappointing. The hotel is lovely, with large rooms that are well furnished and very clean - excellent value for money. The staff are amazing. Full of character, great to cool off with a swim, Lovely little balconies and plenty of hot water with decent pressure. Internett a bit slow when we were there but that happens. Staff rather annoying with pushing tours, tailors, asking where you were going etc. but still nice place to stay & walking distance to town. This hotel was slightly out of town but within easy walking distance of all the sights in Hoi An. The hotel itself was lovely, big, cool rooms, and the swimming pool was handy! Our only problem unfortunately came at check out - we wiated half an hour for our bill, only to be told that the credit card machine was not working. We were late for our bus so had to be followed to an ATM!
