The host, Charles, was very kind and a pleasure to talk to! He was always checking up on us to make sure we had what we needed. Overall, we had a lovely stay and have no complaints! It was a ways from the falls but we enjoyed the walk, and muffins are provided in the morning. Bring your own towels, and maybe a blanket too!

The owner was very kind and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Bed was comfortable. We were staying in dorm room with ensuit bathroom, dorm and bathroom were clean. Location: close to bus terminal (to/from Toronto) but quite far from rainbow bridge (US border) and the falls, around 20 minutes walk.

A little bit far from the fall, 20 mins walk. Close to greyhound mega bus station, 5 mins. It's actually a house not a real hostel, but the host provided hospitality service and also the free breadfast~

It'a good place to stay, very close to the bus terminal and so a little far away from the Falls and the "casinò" city, but that was good, we really enjoyed the walk! the most important thing was being close to the bus station! It seems that it's a family business place so it's like staying at home. The room were okay and so was the kitchen. A good place to stay to visit the Falls.

I love this hostel. The owner is very nice and genuine. He has breakfast perfectly set up exactly at the time he tells you. It includes fresh OJ and freshly baked muffins as well as the usual coffee and toast, etc. The towels are only 50 cents. He is helpful a\with anything you may ask. I had a wonderful stay and whenever I go to Niagara Falls, Ontario I will go here.

Stayed 2 nights was clean enough, was a little out the way from the falls themselves. There were no locks on the door to each room and the hostel had more of a home feel about it then a hostel which was unexpected. Best thing about the hostel was the breakfast muffins.

A nice quiet little hostel. Near to the falls. Breakfast included which is always a bonus.

I felt very safe and comfortable at Niagara Falls Backpackers, it's only a short walk to the falls and the service is excellent. The owner is very welcoming and provides excellent facilities as well as daily breakfast and coffee. I would definitely recommend this compared to the hostels I've ever stayed in.

This hostel is a little outdated. You don't get a key and have to ring the door bell every time to get in. None of the rooms have locks so its a little open house and the for sale sign outside is a little telling. That aside the owner is very friendly and it's only a (pleasant) 20 minute walk down to the Falls, and 5 minutes from the Bus drop-off. Breakfast is fine, as other reviews state. Other hostels in the area have better facilities but don't match the friendliness of this location.

FYI - You need to ring the doorbell to be let in and you need to phone the owner to get in after midnight (not ideal if you don't have a Canadian SIM card). Very helpful staff though and you get a discount when renting a bike from the local store if you mention that you stay here.

Really near the train station and convenient to get by. About a 20-25min walk to the falls. Best place was the owner - Charlie! Thanks, you were really great and kind!
