The websitetells: All rooms with balcony of mountain view or partial sea view. That is not true, we had a room without windows. The website tells that a breakfast is included, see 'Facilities'. That is not true, we did not get a breakfast. At the moment of arriving we could not normaly talk with the employees of the reception, there was a Karaoke going on with very very much loudness. Someone had a complain about that, The answere was: We do nothing about that because you are the onlyone.
