This guesthouse is a completely mess. We got confused because according to this website we were supposed to stay at Brigitte's place but we wrongly booked that mess of Nice Etape. The place is so rude, odd and the owner so stupid. She warned us twice as she did think we were talking so loud (not true). The location is far from down town and near the railway station, where you have so much noise during the night (trains passing every 30 min so loudly).
