Nice place, room and staff.

This is not a hostel, it is a hotel . It is beautiful and an easy bus ride to Venice that takes about 15 minutes. The staff is wonderful and we got a private room for two with our own bathroom and it was almost too good to be true. For those who can't afford to stay inside historic Venice, this is the next best thing. Breakfast was wonderful as well, very quaint

Me and my husband moved from one hotel of the NICE HOTEL GROUP, to this one we booked for 1 night. When we arrived, the receptionist told us we were moved to another hotel due to overbooking. I did not know that overbooking is a common practice but whatever it's life. The staff offered us a ride because we had two suitcases and it's rainny. Obviously overbooking was not the fault of this particular staff and she was nice to help us move. The new hotel is a standard hotel near train station.

The wifi was a bit weak, and the shower area was small; a shower curtain should be added., hooks for towels would have been nice as well, staff was friendly, I wish there was free breakfast. There was something wrong with our lights where every time we came back to our room put and the card in the slot to have electricity, the lights would flicker violently and it would makes noises for about 2 minutes.

I loved my stay here and it was very easy to take the bus into Venice! The wifi was a bit poor, but overall it was a very clean and accomodating place!

The room was dreary w/ little to no decoration and poor lighting. It was supposed to be a 4-bed stay but it was really 3 bed and 1 stiff fold down cheap sofa type things with no extra blankets or pillows for it. Let's just say I was sleeping on top of the wooden beam that supports it. Breakfast was not included in the price. Luckily we were only here just to sleep one night.

Considering, my friend and I had to pay almost 40 euros a night, I was not that impressed. The location was not very convenient. We had to take a bus to Venice, and then basically walk for an hour to go to the San Marco Piazza. The shower worked originally the first morning, but the second morning it was cold. The Wi-fi didn't work in our room (only the lobby). No breakfast is included. The only good thing about this place was that it was clean. Overall, disappointed.
