The owner of the hostel is one of the nicest people you will meet. She goes out of her way to make your stay in Chengdu as enjoyable as possible, anything from helping you to plan bus routes around the city (she even lent me her bus card), to giving advice about interesting bars/shopping areas/helping you plan trips outside of the city. All of this is done in precise detail so it is impossible to get lost and she speaks excellent English. Brand new hostel, everything is spotless, new and comfy.
