If you want to mingle with Balinese Housing Style, it's a worth staying in Nick's Home Stay. Good atmosphere and lovely staffs. You can pay the rest of accommodation fee in USD. as it shown. NIce place to stay, located in the city centre. They serve a really nice breakfast. They have some animals locked inside the cage, this is what I didn't like, but hostel itselves is great. This place is a total dump! No glass windows so you can hear EVERYTHING (inclunding the person in the next room breathing). Room was very basic, but at least quite clean. Good location and the family garden where the rooms are located is lovely. The rooms are spacious with a basic tpilet shower room attached. There are no mossie nets so if like me you're prone to getting bitten you might need to take one with you. Very friendly and helpful and staff can organise a range of activities for you(they give you a floder on local info when you arrive!) I liked the chickens and roosters roaming thru the courtyard, even though the roosters do start early in the morning. The other birds were lovely and sounded wonderful in the morning as well. It is beautiful, a pot of tea appears as if my magic, at just the right time. Followed by breakfast of fresh fruits and toasties.
