Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms and bathroom were roomy and clean. Lots of services are actually available on site including local transportation and booking of tours. Nice breakfast in the morning of fresh fruit, toast, and coffee/tea was provided. The location is a little away from everything which makes it quiet, but also not the easiest to get to with luggage if walking. Better to take a tuk-tuk and good map.

A little worried after reading reviews but went with it because of the price and pleasantly surprised. First impressions maybe a little bit of a building site at the front but obviously just work in progress. The pool area is gorgeous and our wooden bungalow was great. A bed, air con and a decent shower, what more do u need! I wouldn't say it's that far out, a 5 min walk if that.turn right at FX hotel & great food stalls, cheap. Amazing fruit in morning &toast which they will even bring 2 room!!

Nid and her husband are very kind and friendly and we received a plate of fruit and bottled water on arrival However the huts look so run down. There is plastic sheet stapled to the floor to act as carpet and the floor underneath so thin that I was worried I would fall through at any point. The 'hot' shower was only a few degrees above cold and the man made holes in the walls in the bathroom are a perfect way for mosquitoes to get in (which they did!). The bed sheet wasn't clean (although had been washed

I found my bungalow to be a wonderful haven of peace. surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. It was excellent value for money, especially when you consider . My room was clean, fresh and comfortable, and I had access to international TV in my room. Breakfast was good, and the couple who run the place were only too eager to help me. If you need any help booking trips, ask them, because they can arrange everything for you and you don't have to worry. There is a swimming pool, too.

Nid's Bungalow's was just fine for the money. It was a little out of the way, but not much. My only complaint with it would be the floor in our bungalow seemed to be dry-rotted. I weigh about 95 kg and was constantly in fear of falling through the floor. Occasionally I could feel the floor cracking beneath my feet.

Nid's has it's good and bad points! Location is as described so it's not like they hide anything but very mucky and dark when walking home at night. Valve for money ok. I've stayed in better for less. Gardens are beautiful. They will serve you the free breakfast at any time of the day which is great! Bar may be open or closed, food might be available but limited - very tasty and cheap when available. I was lucky met a great gang there but was pure chance! It is clean and staff work very hard!
