This is a real hostel as it should be, not a "5 star hotel" with bunk beds. Yes, the building is old and the facilities as well, but what matters the most is that the staff is very friendly and it has a good atmosphere. It's well located and they have a very good breakfast, baked by themselves!

Very well located, but not a charming place. When we arrived late at night, our room was already rented to someone else, but the owner found us another room in another hostel near ours. Our was a double room with bathroom, but the bathroom was without vase and we need to share it anyway. Breakfast was ok and the internet was also working ok. We can't receive visitors. Anyway, we had lots of fun. Enjoy Bulgaria!

I stayed in the hostel for 5 nights, it was a very good experience. The locations is really good, there are a street market, a super market, restaurants,bars, pubs, shops and the most attractions of Sofia.The staff was really kind and nice when I arrived and during my time in the hostel. They gave me sheets, towel and the breakfast was good for the price that I payed. There is a common room with couches and a big tv, so you can spend a nice while resting. I had a really nice time in the hostel.

Cannot complain about my stay its in a good location , clean and staff are friendly

Upon arrival I learned that through HostelWorld I reserved the couch, but the host informed me that is where she sleeps so she upgraded my reservation to the cheapest dorm. This dorm had stuff all over the beds and a drying rack in the middle of the small room. The bed I was told to sleep in was filthy. There was no curtain on the window. The host was smoking in the bathroom while I was using the stall. Even though I paid for 3 nights, the next morning I packed up my things and left.

Uhh..don't take the rating tooo seriously, but I had this everything is right feeling in this hostel. It may look average, but they had the real vibe of a hostel and the ladies are really nice if you are firendly to them. I wish I could really spend more days here! If you have problems communicating with them, ask them nicely to ask for the interpretor via the phone, and everything will be alright. The computers look old, but they do what they have to do and the WIFI works like a charm.

The location of the hostel is excellent, within 5-10 minutes of the best bars and restaurants in Sofia.

Very Central and warm place with nice homelike atmosphere and yummi free breakfast! Very helpful staff, comfortable tv common room, big comfy beds! Pst warm bathroom and really hot showers! Definetly recommend.
