There are three night clubs in the first floor of this hotel with extreme noise at night that didn't allow us to have proper night sleep, though our room was in the 4th floor. there is only 7 floors in this hotel so when I asked the staff to move us to the last floor , they did but this happened only after a vacant room was available and the noise was better. Some of the blankets have holes in them. There was no iron and the hair drier was in a bad quality. The toilet vent wasn't working.

The hotel is very close to the airport and is in easy walking distance of a subway stop. The hotel isn't cheap, but is probably at the cheaper end of the range for Dubai. For the price it was, I would have expected a more modern hotel, although the room we had was very large and there was a satellite TV in the room. The staff were very accommodating with our requests for late check-in and check-out, which was very useful.
Positives: Location - Near metro station & airport (main). Restaurants & shops nearby, too. Price - Lowest price we could find. Given the state of the room we really can't complain. Negatives: Visa application - No help provided. Contact details of tourist agency given but no response from them. Internet - No free wifi available as far as we knew. Noise - Nightclub in hotel, hence very loud so if on lower floors it will be difficult to sleep. Smell - Cigarette smell in room.
Loud music from the party club on the first floor until 3 a.m. both nights we stayed. You can hear it in the whole building (7 Story). Everything else was o.k.. If you want to make party anyway it is not a bad place. If you want to sleep and explore the city at daytime better choose a more quiet place.
Old fashioned and white bed sheets had old stains on them. Extremely handy for getting to the airport and staff were friendly
