This is nothing fancy, but if you want a clean room, comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff. Then its excellent. Loved my stay, would recommended it to anyone and will use them again! :)

Good location in Dubai, convenient yet quiet and private. It is easy to get goods and services outside of the hotel in that area.

I was only using the room as a day-room and had emailed the hotel regarding an early check-in time. The room wasn't ready and the cafe where they suggested i wait was a converted Indian night club. Front desk was unfriendly and not a great experience up front. Room was big and nice though.
