Off season, so as expected, Nikita's is quiet. Had a good tour around the island which was great value. We went as a group, so had fun anyway - but there wasn't much going on otherwise. Great for a relaxing few days. Our room was good, great heating. Food was pretty good, gave good vegetarian options when asked as otherwise it's lots of fish!

The island is a magical place. Nikita's a good place to stay, especially off season. Food was delicious.

Ok. Lake Baikal is amazing, Olkhon Island is fantastic and Nikita's exterior is beautiful. But the reception staffs made me feel like to find other place right after I arrive there. First, they dont speak English but they dont like to explain again and more. Nothing but just RUDE! Toilet seat was broken and filthy in my building. Not much chance to socialize may be at the cafeteria where opens only for meal hours. However, food was really nice. PorriT
