The young receptionist never cracked a smile and wasnt friendly at all. The staff were very sharp and didnt make us fell at home. The whole hostel was dirty, and no bins apart from the 2 tiolets and kitchen. Experiment in kitchen was very limited and everything was dirty, very small to work in especailly with other people. Good clean hostel. Relatively cheap for what you get. Service to and from the hostel was excellent (they picked us up from the bus station on our arrival day in Puerto Natales for free - nice suprise).
