Excellent location, close to the two main streets, supermarket and the lake, perfect for a walk if not too windy. The Colombian guy (sorry I don't remember his name) was extremely helpful and gave us all the attention and time we needed, not only us but to the other guests as well. Breakfast was quite nice with a range of options, our room was cleaned everyday and the hostel was sparkling clean. Kitchen was massively big, so enough room and cooking stuff for everyone, nice atmosphere.
WE went in the off season, so it was really chill, and we virtually had the place to ourselves. It was a nice spot, with a good kitchen. good staff too.

Nice twin room, decent bathroom and kitchen. Good breakfast and very helpful staff for things and prices in the park. Would recommend.
Juan is filled with information about the town and area. Wifi worked fine throughout my stay. The bathrooms were clean. Hostel is perfectly located down the block from the water and the supermarket on the other end.
We had a lovely comfortable time here, Juan was very helpful with all our bookings and looking after our stuff while we were on excursions. There isn't a great living area, but most people in Puerto Natales are "getting in and out" and for this purpose, Niko's II is a great option. Beds are comfortable, place was quiet, shower is warm, breakfast is much better than average (fresh juice!!), and everything is walking distance although it's a little ways from the bus station.
Great hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pick up/ drop off service extremely handy. Ok sized kitchen, but tiny crowded fridge to put ur stuff in. Great place to meet other travelers. They offer their own tours of the national park which are great value.
This has to be the best location in Puerto Natales for city center. A little bit of a hike to the bus station, but many great places to eat nearby, very clean, and Juan was very helpful and friendly. The internet is very slow, that's about my only complaint.
Amazing staff. Very helpful with all planning and advice. Very friendly. Free transfers to and from bus station which is very handy. Great location just off main square in centre of town. Best breakfast we have had to date, included fried egg, cereal, yogurt, bread, jam, tea and coffee. We had a double room and walls are seriously thin. It's like sharing a room with the people next door so earplugs are needed.
The rooms wee quite small and the walls very thin. Next to the window was a wall so not much daylight came in as well. You shouldn´t be claustrophobic. But on the other hand the staff was great, absolutley friendly and helping wher eever they could. Breakfast was good as well and it was the only place I ever got a fresh made Juice!!! If you don´t mind the small (but clean!) rooms then its a good place to stay
