The staff was really helpful in booking a tour to Torres Del Paine and generally giving us information. We liked having an egg being cooked for us at breakfast. We've found those little things really help to go a long way when comparing different hostels.

Good hot showers, fast wifi, and nice staff. Breakfast was family style and the staff brings out fresh squeeze juice and a fried egg. Only complaint is it was pretty noisy early in the morning (6 AM) as people were leaving to go the park. Our room was towards the front near reception so we heard everything and you can hear people stomping up/down the stairs all the time. Otherwise, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Paula was not only friendly and accommodating, but also put us on the track of some great outdoor adventures you can't find in guidebooks or travelogues. Loved our stay and would definitely return if I find myself in Puerto Natales again.

All of the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We came into the hostel with a very rough plan on what we wanted to do in Patagonia and Carlos was very helpful in making our vacation the best that it could be. I would highly recommend this hostel for anyone staying in Puerto Natales!

Paola and the entire staff made the experience the best- super friendly, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Good location near the square as well, about 20 min walk from the bus station (although Nikos will pick you up and drop you off as well). Plus the breakfast was great!

Professional and friendly staff. Once you arrive the staff can give you all the information about Torres del Paine and you can buy tickets for the bus there too. Kitchen is good . All the areas very clean. Beautiful central location , 10 minutes walk from the supermarket.

Nice Hostel, very friendly and helpful staff (some of them speak English). It was nice to be able to rent gear (stove) from them. A slight walk from the bus station, but it is near the city center, so overall a good location.

The hostel was better than tent camping, but not by a lot. The male staff at the front desk were dismissive. (The 2 females that served breakfast were friendly) The wi-fi was poor and when we couldn't log on we were told that they would reboot the modem, "but only once", as if we were to blame. On the plus side, the shower was hot and with good water pressure. The location is a convenient walk to downtown. Breakfast was satisfactory and included an egg. Bag storage is begrudgingly available.

Great place. Nice people. Tour arranged to Torres del Paine was excellent. Picked us up from the port. If I came back to Puerto Natales this is where I'd stay

We stayed here twice - before and after hiking in TdP. The first time around my girlfriend and I stayed in a twin private room that was spartan but clean. The second time we stayed in a double private w/ensuite which was much nicer. The whole place is impeccably clean and kitchen facilities are great. The breakfast was fantastic and we couldn't wait to enjoy it after eating oatmeal for 8 days. Staff was very accommodating with transfers and tips on places in PN. Would recommend!

Best hostel so far. Paola who is working there is extremely helpful. Breakfast is lovely and will set you up for the day. We rented all hiking gear from them also for Torres del Paine which was very handy. Highly recommend!

The hostel was ok/normal but reading the information about it on line and seeing its fotos before I expected it to be better, more modern and with much nicer rooms.

spent most of my time on buses or hiking, leaving between 7 and 8am and returning between 8 and 10pm. close to everything in town which is not hard, small town. breakfast okay, cereal and yogurt as well as the ubiquitous bread, and juice. coffee was instant. no laundry , sent me to one nearby which is open 9am to 10pm and will deliver. central heating during the night so warm enough. paola is a fount of information, fair english and will book things for you, no problems. can do a lot worse.
