Juan is filled with information about the town and area. Wifi worked fine throughout my stay. The bathrooms were clean. Hostel is perfectly located down the block from the water and the supermarket on the other end.

We had a lovely comfortable time here, Juan was very helpful with all our bookings and looking after our stuff while we were on excursions. There isn't a great living area, but most people in Puerto Natales are "getting in and out" and for this purpose, Niko's II is a great option. Beds are comfortable, place was quiet, shower is warm, breakfast is much better than average (fresh juice!!), and everything is walking distance although it's a little ways from the bus station.

Great hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pick up/ drop off service extremely handy. Ok sized kitchen, but tiny crowded fridge to put ur stuff in. Great place to meet other travelers. They offer their own tours of the national park which are great value.

This has to be the best location in Puerto Natales for city center. A little bit of a hike to the bus station, but many great places to eat nearby, very clean, and Juan was very helpful and friendly. The internet is very slow, that's about my only complaint.

Amazing staff. Very helpful with all planning and advice. Very friendly. Free transfers to and from bus station which is very handy. Great location just off main square in centre of town. Best breakfast we have had to date, included fried egg, cereal, yogurt, bread, jam, tea and coffee. We had a double room and walls are seriously thin. It's like sharing a room with the people next door so earplugs are needed.

The rooms wee quite small and the walls very thin. Next to the window was a wall so not much daylight came in as well. You shouldn´t be claustrophobic. But on the other hand the staff was great, absolutley friendly and helping wher eever they could. Breakfast was good as well and it was the only place I ever got a fresh made Juice!!! If you don´t mind the small (but clean!) rooms then its a good place to stay

amazing breakfast, good staff, clean rooms, even though the toilet were blocked for half a day and no one chack the toilet to clean it up.. especially when there is just one in the floor.. location is ok but located in the end of the center, it's not a lot of walking but in comparision to the other hostals it's quite far. wifi is on and off. they do free shuttles to and from the but station- very helpful!

Very helpful staff, really nice to have picked us up several times from the bus station. Well located, close to the center and supermarket. Clean, nice environment, staff gave us a lot of information concerning Torres del Paine and kept our backpack while we were hiking for 5 days. Highly recommended, good value for money.

This is a great hostel, clos to the big supermarket of Puerto Natales and not far from the waterline. The rooms are nice, the staff is really friendly and helpful. You can book trips, bustickets and so on with them which makes planning much easier. The kitchen has all you need for cooking your own meals and the breakfast is really really good...

Loved staying here. We stayed 2 nights in prep for torres del paine then a further two nights in recovery from torres del paine. The staff are all friendly and the ones who can speak English can speak it very well. We booked buses to the national parkt through the and to el chalten, making everything a lot easier for us. The breakfast is awesome, a nice banana smoothie, cereal, yogurt & egg! Downstairs rooms are a little noisey in the am but the beds are really comfy but they need new pillows.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The equipment we rented for torres del paine was good and new. I felt comfortable in the hostel and we enjoyed our stay there! I can recommend it to everyone!

Good hostel in the center of Puerto Natales. Staff was kind and informative. The walls of the private rooms are thin so you can hear the neighbours.

Super friendly staff, thanks Juan, Good advice about park.....the 1 day tour was an excellent overview of the park and affordable in a spot where everything is expensive. Free ride to and from the bus station was a welcome surprise

I thought that this hostel was of a high standard with friendly staff and my thanks goes to Juan who sorted out an error in the bookings made through Hostelworld.

I thought that was a good standard hostel, very clean, and close to the town centre. My thanks to Juan for all his assistance.
