Nice cosy private room, excellent location and helpful staff when you need advice about the area, W Trek, buses etc, being able to book a lot direct with the hostel. Shower, kept running luke warm though, you have to be quick to keep the hot water! Could do with Laundry facilities, but plenty in town,Hostel is excellent value for money

Security: We stayed at a triple room under the roof and once took by accident the key to the neighbours room at the reception. Not only that it is possible that ANYBODY can come in and take the keys to any of the rooms BUT it turned out, that we could enter our room with \"wrong\" key!!!!! Security is 0! Facilities: The laundry we gave to wash was impossible. My black jeans for example had white stains on it, the laundry was hung over every radiator all around the hostel, clothes were not even folded prope

The mattresses were horrible. The kitchen was well equiped and the bathrooms o.k. The staff wasn't very charming and seems to be listless. After we heard how they sneer at the hostel ratings and the people which wrote this (our room was next to the reception desk), we try to avoid the staff girls and look for another accommodation.
