The hostel was so messy. No hot water on st paddys day morning. Plastic bags in holes in the walls. A pillow shoved in the hole in the roof. Sorry guys but not a good rating

sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay , I'm not aware of any holes in the walls, with regards the pillow in the roof it's a roof hatch and customers complained of the sound of rain hitting the plastic but the pillow quietens down the sound of rain, unfortunately we can't seal the hatch as we need access to the roof. my deepest apologies over the water we installed a new heat pump hot water system and there were some problems as this was its first time being turned on and the demand was so high but we've got it fixed now. I hope you might try us again in the future. sorry again .

The bathroom is barely that but it was SO worth it considering the staff and location. It was so accommodating and it is right in the middle of all the action. I would DEFINITELY stay there again and plan to next year. My favorite bar, Roisin Duhb, is right next door as well. Check it all out and enjoy! Make some friends in the kitchen, also!

The best thing is the location, near to everything, but the bathroons should be cleaned more often.

Location was Perfect as it was walking distance to all the main pubs and clubs..! Value for money was Excellent 14e each we paid on new years eve so cheap especially for the night that was in it.. on arrival we got a smell of dampness but the room we stayed in wasnt too bad and was warm.
