Definitely a unique experience! Would not have wanted to stay more than 1 night, but recommend it as a fun thing to do once. Pros:space agey,toiletries/PJs/towels provided, central location, comfy capsules. Cons: staff not helpful, limited common area, limited room for bags-large bags have to be left on the lobby floor, not secure. Beware the directions-the department store given as a landmark is not obvious from the south side of the road in the dark-instead,turn@TeramachiDori which is a big arch

If you are looking for a capsule hotel experience then this is the best place for it! The pods were comfortable and had plenty of space (even for a tall guy), everything is provided for you, it was quite funny seeing everyone wearing the same PJs! The silent light only alarm worked really well too. The style of the place is great too, friends likened it to "living in star wars". I think everyone visiting Japan should stay a night here!

Having staff that speak English fluently is important for efficiency. The lockers and key system needs refinement as it really slows checkin process. If people need to leave or come back they need to return their keys at reception which is a hassle, especially when it is busy. Also, the bedsheets make swishing sound when you move in them which can be heard by your neighbors. If you are light sleeper I would bring ear plugs. Other than these two small changes, the pod experience is cool and clean

It is a crazy experience to stay in a capsule hotel. Think of the 9h hotel and an easy introduction for western tourists. I would highly recommend staying in a place like this once. But its not really suitable to stay more than 1 night. segregated floors

I really enjoyed my stay, you should perhaps have a luggage room as its not very safe to leave bags on 1F.

Probably the best 'pod hotel' in Japan. Great facilities, really close to a shopping district, and has a really cool and exciting vibe to the place.
