Very helpful, nice desk staff. Currently undergoing renovations but didn't interfere too much with my experience. Location is not particularly close to anything but is a really nice and central spot - just be aware that to do any "activities" you'll have to walk 15 mins or take a tuk-tuk.Very helpful, nice desk staff. Fantastic hostel! Outside of the backpacker ghetto but close enough to walk without it being too noisy. 1 bathroom was flooded and not working properly while I was there.
Staff were incredible, really helpful in dealing with my airline that lost my baggage, kept calling them for me! I was sad to leave.Fantastic hostel! I loved this hostel. Our booking of just one night turned into four because of it. The building it lovely although the doors are quite fiddly and so you often hear them being slammed. Internet was free but only available downstairs which isn't too bad but should be mentioned. Staff are fantastic, really friendly and helpful. I loved this hostel. Lovely little boutique hostel. Good to be away from Khao San, but close enough to work. May and Venus are great. Big smiles and caring in what they do.
