Lovely place for beach holiday. Plenty of taverns around open during the season and Chania town centre not too far either.

Staff was super friendly! They helped me plan the best weekend I could have in Crete and really took me in.

Niriis is a very good place to stay in Chania. It is located with three beautiful beaches and around 15 minutes away from the city, which makes the place calm and silent. I stayed at Niriis for a couple of days and really enjoyed it. The staffs are very good and especially the manager, who suggested and gave us the best tips that can be done for the couple of days.

Kinda hard to find. The directions should be updated w restaurants as landmarks. We had to rely on a local once we were close. Nice room, we didn't spend much time there. Not really a hostelish feel w big community rooms.

the staff were great and extremely chatty and informative however paying for air con is an absolute nightmare and you must watch your expenditures. location was good, just a short bus ride away from central Chania and the hostel provides pre-organised tours to the Gorge and famous beaches on the island. All in all, we would recommend checking out this hostel … alrighttttt girls

The dorm just doesn't seem worth the price compared to what you get in the private rooms for a similar price. The drying racks were very handy.

They should get double beds, it would add a lot to their hotel! Staff was usually helpful but some looked annoyed by our questions... Very clean and safe. Down side: only hotel I've had to pay for the A/C in Greece (although it's affordable).

The area where the hostel is placed is at 5 min walk distance to the sea.The staff is really open to help you with all the iformation you need. It is perfect if you're traveling alone:)

Didn't like the fact they had 2 separate beds instead of a twin one for a pair. Also the water stream at the shower was weak. On the other hand the staff was very nice and super helpful and the place is very clean.

Unlike we were informed in the reception, we could easily find boat tickets to Athens even for the same night. Also we were able to find accommodation in other place in Chania + in Matala even though the reception told us it would be all fully booked on the island in August.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms had air conditioning but you use to pay for it. It was difficult sharing the payment when in the dorms! The staff is very helpful.
