The owner George was super friendly and helpful. He let my friend and I upgrade our room for 3 euros more that had it's own bathroom and kitchen. The location is awesome and is only a few minutes from the beach and a bunch of restaurants. You can also take a bus to the main city of chainia for very good price. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

This is an amazing place to stay. The location was perfect- this hostel is an easy 6 minute bus ride from the main square in Chania. Then you can walk to three different beaches, as well as a few great places to eat and some shops/supermarkets. The hostel itself was worth much more than we paid-- our room was impeccably clean when we arrived and we had our own kitchenette, safe deposit box, bathroom, & TV. George (the "inn keeper") was a wonderful resource for exploring the island.

I thought Nirris Hotel was amazing. George was extremely helpful and always willing to go out of his way to help us, whether it be introducing us to other groups to arrange trips, dropping off mail and just generally helpful. The rooms were very clean. The hostel was right by a wonderful beach! Getting to town took a bit longer, but for the prices and beach locations, it was definitely worth it

This place was great. I had the best time ever. George the main administrator was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and hospitable. Best of all the rooms are great with there own kitchens and bathrooms and also very clean. Therefore I recommended this hotel to anyone.

The hotel owner/manager/all-around-guy George was so helpful about what to do on the island and how to get around. The room was a great value for the price - simply furnished and stocked with a kitchenette. Nothing fancy, but just the right place for a couple twenty-somethings to stay for the weekend. The hotel is located right next to the beach and a short bus ride from downtown Chania.

Niriis Hotel was a wonderful experience overall. We arrived and our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was more than accommodating, they were kind and very helpful. The location was perfect, it was close to the sunset beach and not far at all from INKA grocery store and only a 20 minute bus ride to downtown Chaina. We were very glad we chose Niriis Hotel.
