This once-desirable hostel's change of location and change of management have rendered it a truly horrid place to stay. Founder Francesco Leone in 2009 made it a lovely place. It now has shifted down IGNOU Road to a squalid, dusty building under construction, the bathrooms are dirty, the beds have bedbugs, the shower often runs dry, and the staff simply don't care the way Francesco did. And instead of the 17.55 euros (Rs 1221) for a 3-bed dorm on my receipt, I was charged Rs 1500 for a 6-bed.

Large rooms, helpful staff, clean, well located as I wanted to stay in the south of Delhi. Definitely a good choice for a short stay in the city. The breakfast was also very good, as for hostel standards here in India. the place seemed to be quite safe, so I could even walking alone in the nights.

what a lovely place, chilling on the rooftop after sightseeing was awesome. I met so nice people there, we had so much fun. breakfast was every day different, also the dinner and I stayed more than 5 days. the staff took care of everyone, to make you feel comfortable. wifi was very helpful. For me it was really worth it to stay there and I will be definitely back in April.

The staff were great, really helpful. When we arrived they gave us attraction of delhi and ideas of what to do and see .Got a free breakfast . . Free use of the computers and luggage room was great. When leaving the staff can book you a taxi and walk you to it so they could tell the driver where you are going. Was really great value for me

The staff were all so helpful and knowlegeable on travellıng ın and around india. The breakfast was good and you could eat as much as you lıked. There was a free dınner each nıght of the stay. The hostel was very attractıve wıth a frıendly atmosphere and lockers ın the dorms so ıt was secure.

The location is quite awful. You need to spend about half an hour in the metro to get anywhere.

My room had so much mold on the wall, at first I thought it was some sort of abstract art piece. Room got very very cold at night. Location was very difficult to find and it seems like no one in the neighborhood knows they exist. Rooftop area had no lighting and more broke in furniture thn working furniture... not as fun as expected. Also there was no running water for 2 days straight... obviously not a regular occurrence, but bad enough for me to move to another location.

We asked a return ticket to Agra, they bought a ticket just there without asking if we still want to go, at the station we got scammed so we went by car eventually and the hotel manager still wanted us to pay for the ticket there, and when we did not want to pay, she threw us out...

Sad to say - there was no roof top or garden with bbq like it was advertised. But there was a noisy construction side right next to the hostel. Besides that the hostel ist quiet far away from the center. When I arrive there was no free locker for me - so I couldn't lock up my belongings. The free food was simple but very nice. The staff is qiet nice and helpful. And the location is clean compared with indian standard.

It was not very clean at all, relatively expensive for many beds in one room. The staff was very kind, the atmosphere friendly. the location far off the center! Worst: misguiding information on the internet. (probably old ). No free this and free that...a few things according to advertisement, other things not. I would not recommend it, sorry.
