Showers not so good but other than that right on the beach close to everything!

the best staff the owner was the nicest, funniest person, made the stay soo good.
Good location right next to the beach but a bit far from the centre of activities. Restaurant and mini market a few meters away. I would recommend this place overall. However, it is a bit hard to meet people since it is more of a hotel and there is no common room or organized activities.
I had such a lovely stay here. The owner is an absolute riot and is so funny. You can't beat the location - literally on the beach. It's in Myloplatas Beach, so you're about a 15 minute walk (straight uphill) to Chora town or a quick little 1.60 euro bus ride into town. You're also down the street from Far Out Beach Club, highly recommend that place. Wifi was good throughout the hotel, no lockers as these are private rooms but I would definitely stay here again.
A basic hotel but we just loved our stay. the location is brilliant - right on the beach - and the owner was so nice to us and included free transfers to the ferry. It's not in the main part of town but we loved that as we wanted to be away from the partying. The accommodation was very clean, though the shower was a bit weird with not much pressure. We'd stay here agin if ever returning to Ios
Petros is a great host. He was always willing to help and to make our stay as comfortable as possible
Was a wonderful stay in Nissos! It is not yet hot season, so some shops on the beach are not yet open, but that means we had a quiet and private holiday on the island! Will return to Nissos next time:)
I was stuck on Ios for a few days during the tail end of the low/off season due to a ferry strike. Ios really shuts down for the winter. I was the only person staying in this hotel, and possibly the whole beach. Which was kind of a pain, since there was no food around and the buses were sparse. But I bet it's a great spot during the main May-August months. Hotel is very nice for area. And the location is perfect for beach time. Petros, the owner, is a nice guy who cares about his guests.
