The hostel is very small with about 5 rooms in total, the common areas are very nice, but the dorm room felt dark and a little cramped. The bathroom is very small and not too clean, the water in the sink takes a long time to go down and gurges up skum every time. The hostel is also a little bit of a walk from the centro.
Overall, it's not a bad hostel, but I'd probably stay closer to the centro next time. Though if you take a double room and want a quiet place to relax, this isn't bad.The hostel is very small with about 5 rooms in total, the common areas are very nice, but the dorm room felt dark and a little cramped. Whethr you like Nizadu depends on what you want- if you want a nice relaxing and very clean place away from the zocalo (like I did), then its perfect. And its still only a ten minute walk to the markets etc, but with the added bonus of being close to a mall/movie theatre. I really like it there and the owner went out of her way to help me a number of times, even going to a store to translate to a girl who had sold me the wrong phone card.Whethr you like Nizadu depends on what you want- if you want a nice relaxing and very clean place away from the zocalo (like I did), then its perfect. I definitely recommend Nizadu if you are looking for a hostel that is very laid back, clean and welcoming. The rooms are small but clean, there is a nice roof terrace, free internet and breakfast. It is a bit farther out than other hostels, but the prices are very reasonable, and the staff very nice and accomodating.I definitely recommend Nizadu if you are looking for a hostel that is very laid back, clean and welcoming. Nice rooms and facilities. Very nice people. Located about 10-15 min walk from Zocalo, in a quiet street. In the morning, warm breakfast under the sun, around a large table with hosts and guests.
