Excellent service. Was picked up from the greyhound coach terminal and was given information about Cairns on the way to the hostel. Check in was a breeze! We were able to get one key between the 3 of us and the friendly staff helped to carry our luggage to our rooms. The receptionist organised my skydive for me in Cairns as it had been cancelled in Mission Beach. Our room was very spacious and clean and tidy!!

it said breakfast was included but it was not. the hostel was clean and the staff very friendly altho the location was not the best they did provide a free service into town
