really enjoyed my stay here, great facilities and staff we very friendly and helpful. we liked it so much we stayed here again after we got back from our cape trib trip.

Problems with the A/C. If a place claims they have it, it should work in each room! They moved us to a room with A/C, after trying 3 rooms and wasting a lot of time, but it worked out. Location is sort of far from the Esplanade and I would have preferred to be closer.

Most of the staff were very friendly and gave great advice. Problem with the showers - very hot and cold and one of them didnt have a shower head. Can be noisey at night but its a hostel so what else do you expect. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

best hostel we have stayed at in australia, friendly people, no pressure to do tours but great advice if you want it, town is only 10 min walk, movie to watch every night, thanks guys!

I didn't have the best experience there. In the four days that I stayed, there was no hot water for showers and the mattresses were really uncomfortable.

Was a decent place to stay...they have 24 hour security...the location is pretty good...about a 10 minute walk from the Esplanade. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The only thing that I'd really complain about is the lack of hot water in the showers :(

This hostel will go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. The staff is very friendly and will listen to all of your requests and answer any questions you have. You won't regret staying here.
