Seriously, the hostel is not what I expected from reading the comments here in Hostelworld: - No individual lamps in the room - Breakfast included is almost lame, - The location is great but the first floor of the hostel smells really bad sometimes - No cold-water shower so if you walk in the sun for hours and want to take a shower after that, no chance to do it. - There were some people actually living (more than six months) in my room. It was just kind of weird.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms was very poor although they are new and modern! But apart from that it was quite clean, like the kitchen... The staff was very kind and helpful and the location is perfect to make sightseeing as well as to go out. Overall i recomend this hostel a lot!

This hostel was very near the plaza mayor and puerta del sol, but was not too nuch in the center of things so at night you could get a good nights sleep there. Everything was very clean and the showers were hot, as well. Definitely would stay again.

I had a good time there. The internet was a little spotty, but there were lots of activities every day. I had a whole room to myself, so it was almost like a hotel room. The kitchen wasn't near the common area, it was on a completely different floor; which seemed strange to me. I would still go back in a heartbeat! Much better than the other Madrid hostel I have stayed at.

Was ok, just not much character. An awkward common space and a tiny kitchen (Only one cutting knife for the whole hostel). Rooms and bathrooms were clean though.

We like our stay at this hostel. It is central and has a good location to visit the city and to go out at night. It has a good breakfast included and the kitchen is nice and cleaned. We stayed for 4 days, but the room/bath was not cleaned during those days, that was the negative point. We would, definitly, stay here again.

The locker is really small, won´t fit any luggage there, could be bigger. Breakfast is very good, free city tour is really good, you will enjoy it, the guide is the best and very funny, also speaks like hundreds of languages. The hostel is really good and worth the money you pay. Recommended. Located near metro and places to visit.

I had a great experience with my stay at No Name City Hostel! The only complaints I have are that the common room is too small while eating breakfast, the wifi can only be accessed in the common room, and there's nothing to dry your hands after you wash them, but those are minor.

NNCH is a big, hostel, really central. Big common room, clean and 4 Internet Computers. Breakfast included It gets crowded at ,rush hours, town Programme every day. Kitchen does not accompany the size of the hostel, so cooking may be difficult. Very good value for Money, though.

One of the best hostels of the 70 or more I have stayed in. Really friendly and helpful reception staff with a conscientious team of cleaners. Use of computers was an added bonus

No Name is located in a really good location. Its close to the metro and walking distance from the main city center. Some members of the staff are very nice and welcoming, some very unhelpful and disinterested. The lockers are a complete joke, you can easily pull it open, but other then that it was good.

Excellent location, clean and basic facilities. Disappointed that the room type we booked was not given to us on arrival, we had booked 1 month in advance. Really powerful bad smell on the ground floor. No real atmosphere or nice common area. But is a perfect hostel if you just want a place to sleep and shower in a good location.
