Noahs Hostel was a wonderful place to stay. We even booked extra nights on our way back. Excellent location, close to everywhere you'd want to eat excellent turkish food. The staff definitely went over and above. I was unwell whilst there and they assisted me in getting to the hospital and helped to translate whilst there. Once again over and above! Also experts in bargaining at the grand bazaar.

Lovely little hostel in Istanbul, not in the main big touristy areas but still a nice area. Only a few tram stops to Sultanahmet. Big private room and nice and clean.

promising reviews are from people who probably stayed in private rooms? we arrived at the time but no one was there except the cleaner who had to call someone (just told cleaner to show our room) our 6 bed turned out to be off the reception room/ front yard, the old guy (owner?) had friends over during evening/night in which we frequently had them coming in to use our toilet and then even slept in our room. there were young guys who worked there too, they slept in reception and got up late.
