En terminos generales bien, mejoraria el ambiente...es un poco aburrido y el personal de recepción es un poco seria, me gustaria mas amabilidad por su parte.

My only observation is that there isn't a common area to stay.

There is no lift and the you have to climb the very steep stairs. breakfast was good, but i would not say, it was special. not a traditional Turkish one anyway. the WORST THING however are the bedbugs!!!! this is unacceptable! i am outraged. guys, you also could give more attention to the cleaness, especially in bathromms. sorry, but those things are basics. cheers.

The place is in the heart of Istanbul, one block from hagya sofya. The breackfast is very varied, It even includes the tipical turkish tea. Spotless clean. They are making some renovations right now so it can be bothersome. The staff is extremely polite and helpfull, but the guy in the afternoon has a sort of snobby attitude, but is helpfull nevertheless. I readed on some comments that there is a kitchen, but it was not the case.

I liked the breakfast in the mornings, plus the location was great. I didn't like how there was almost no one at the front desk - you had to go to the bar next door if you needed anything. With a front door that's always open it left me a little uneasy. However, during my stay I had no problems with anything being stolen. Plus the view in the 8 person mixed room was AMAZING. On one side you have the Aya Sofia and on the other a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. Such a great value.

Pros: - 24 hours staff service - cosy place - awesome view especially in the top floor - located near the sights Cons: - a bittle hard to find - staff can be more helpful Conclusion: Reasonable price and i will choose back this when i travel istanbul again

Very friendly staff, hostel is old but the rooms are very clean! We stayed in a double private room.

A memorable stay in Nobel Hostel, It was more than my expectation, specially the staff attitude and cooperative really admired me. We had a wonderful time over there.Breakfast was also very good and location is just in heart of major attractions. At winter it is cold in rooms.

I was exceptionally pleased with the place; both of the guys who were working while I stayed were very accommodating. For example allowing me to use a locker even though I had already checked out the same for allowing me to grab a quick shower before my fligt. The breakfast was also just great, a really good spread and variety of food (eggs, veggies, cereals etc) included in the price of the hostel. When I go back I will certainly stay there again.

Excellent hostel, aside of the Blue Mosque and very near to St. Sophia. Great room, very clean, highly recommended!
